A letter from Jacobabad was dispatched to me 4 days before, same was wrongly delivered to some other office. Yesterday a member of staff of TCS contacted telephonically and confirmed that he is coming with my letter to my address but he did not. Now he is not attending my call. This is an irresponsible attitude and undesirable.Please make sure my letter is reached today otherwise in future i shall stop trusting TCS Courier Service.
