Excellent hotel to stay. Nice and clean even very spacious. The view of mountains from rooms is splendid. Although Food is not of high standard but good.

Best place for stay in gilgit city.

Highly price poor service Service was awfull, I asked for extra pillow but nothing came up. Heater was not working on generator and most of the time Generators were running. Warm water wasnt available all the time. There were not enough lights in the Room. Reception desk intercom was off after 9 oclock. There were no lift available and I had a room at 4th floor.Not even a good service at breakfast.As a whole it was extremely bad decision to stay at this Hotel.

Food was reasonable and good. Accomodation was also affordable and services were good.

No lift and got room at fourth floor. Turning on the lights caused a bulb to explode. Called the reception and no one came. Wash basin was all shaking and seemed like it is about to fall. AC had its own mind, turning on and off at its will. Overall not a good experience.

I have visited gilgit twice and both of the times I stayed in this hotel.The reason is Rupal inn is the best hotel when you’re visiting gilgit with your family coz it’s safe and sound, in the middle of the city and staff is good.Their food isnt that good plus they charge around 6000/night and their rooms and washroom aren’t up to that mark for what they are charging us.The view from the window isnt very green as you expect from a hillside hotel but all you will see a concrete jungle from your window.I hope they will upgrade their services when I visit them next time.

Horrible place. Would strongly advise against staying here.Booked online via booking.com a few days in advance and arrived here after a 1.5 hour journey from Naltar only to wait for 15-20 mins at the reception counter for someone to come and assist accordingly. As per the other staff walking about, they were not in a position to assist us and that the concerned individual was either taking a shower or out in the market (accounts varied depending on the person asked).Once the relevant person arrived, we were informed that:A) There are no rooms available;B) There is no record of our booking; andC) This hotel does not accept bookings from booking.com despite us having booked online and received a confirmation as well. In fact they were not even aware they were listed on booking.comSo yah, quite a productive session overall with these folks. Eventually, had to find another place to stay.Conclusion: Horrible service and utter lack of awareness regarding the online booking facility. Save your sanity and avoid this place.PS: (redacted)Update (unable to reply to the owner response for some reason so replying here):1. We’ve utilised booking.com frequently for our local and international travels and this incident is the first time we’ve encountered such an issue. Regardless, your concern and advice are noted2. As for the staff member we dealt with, we don’t remember his name but we did take a video of the interaction before departing as proof of the issue encountered3. Lastly, as per the response from the owner, I’ve removed the PS bit since that was a reported story and, objectively speaking, should not be shared without proof (hence why I kept it separate to begin with). Regardless, since I do not wish to get the reporting person into any further issues and it’s not proper to share info without proof, I’ve redacted that bit.

Rupal Inn is located at the beautiful location of Gilgit Baltistan the out looks and the view from the hotel rooms are extra ordinary to make your day awesome. Rupal Inn is a three star hotel in this city. They provides so many facilities to their guest to make them feel comfortable and to enjoy their vacations in this beautiful place. The tariffs are also very much affordable for every one.

A very good place to be. The only better option is Serena but it has its cost. The staff is very courteous and the food is really good.

Nice, bright and colourful rooms (although some are less bright). Western toilets werent that great but.. worked. Toilet and sink plumbing both had water drips resulting in puddles on the bathroom floor. Shower stall appeared dark and grimey - I wasnt motivated to venture into it. Restaurant in the hotel is nice although service is a bit incompetent - my meal was misplaced and arrived more than an hour late. Front desk did not have enough cash to break a 500 rupee note, which was a bit bizarre. Wifi is slow and nonexistent in rooms on the outer ends of the hotel. On a positive note, no bed bugs, cockroaches or rats. Fridge in room and Air Conditioner/heater unit didnt work. No lift, so I had to carry my heavy suitcase up several flights of stairs. Close to the airport.

Rupal INN is famous among tourists as its in good location also rooms are good, its one of old hotels of Gilgit city. Staff is friendly. Food is also good and Ambient environment . For stay in Gilgit its good option. Now they also started Wedding ceremony arrangements but event management Services are not upto the mark.

Rupal Inn is a reasonable hotel (if you consider the cost i.e. Rs. 5600 per room).The decor & amenities show that the hotel has seen better days. Furniture in the rooms (& elsewhere) is dated. Washroom is designed & setup nicely however requires a lot of maintenance (and cleaning). Carpets all over the hotel specially need immediate removal (or atleast change).The rooms have a LED TV (with good cable), reversible split AC & WiFi (signal is weak & works more like a 2G commection).They have a restaurant at the ground floor which serves good breakfast & meals (on order).Staff is extremely courteous, well mannered & professional in handling customers.Seeing the rest of the hotels in Gilgit; perhaps this is best place to stay other than Serena (which is pricey).#rupalinn #gilgit #pakistan #tourism #northernareas

Cable signals on tv were poor.Room service standard was very very poor.I will suggest Never Stay at Rupal Inn. It will be an experience of mental torture and wastage of money for you.

Stayed at this place in August 2017. It is a finely built hotel with breath taking views of glorious mountains all around. Food is not all that good, but can be overlooked keeping in mind the warmth and hospitality of the staff.
