Very peaceful and calm place, ideal to relax and unwind, loved the aesthetics. Owner/manager was very kind and accommodating, and staff was also very helpful and active! Would definitely recommend to others!

Visiting this resort is once in a lifetime experience. The owner is a great story teller with immense knowledge about the area.

A newly buily and well managed facility run by young and vibrant ladies.An experience to live in a modern house which is inspired from the local traditional architecture visible in several forts in the region (Altit and Baltit fort in Hunza). The combination of just basic materials like wood reinforced stone masonry in house construction is amazing.Resort is adjacent to a big water stream which is efficiently used to run a in-house trout farm and internal water streams. Views of river, water streams passing through property, tall mountains and orchard of fruit trees is immaculate and mesmerising.Cleanliness and housekeeping was to the mark. Very friendly staff managed by owner herself made our stay very comfortable.Owner is very knowledgeable about local destinations and was very helpful in suggesting destinations, local cusines, jeep rentals and hotels in Gilgit/Hunza Valley.

We stayed there in mid July hotel is very good rooms were very nice and well maintained ,its has total of 3 rooms , a lawn where you can see river flowing by also a bonfire area , a pool which is very rare in gilgit only drawback of this hotel is the food and serving time it took 2 hours to get our order served also taste also need to improvement as it was not good since this hotel is in the outskirts of gilgit and there is not much food options near by but overall its a very good hotel.

The attention to details, corners, turns and levels - absolutely amazing! Waking up to a beautiful landscape and sleeping to the sound of River Kargah – what a wonderful world! Thanks to the owners, Mr. And Mrs. Brig. Saleem who entertained us with their amazing hospitality, to their assistant Iftikhaar bhai for making our stay comfortable, to chef Matiullah for feeding us with the worlds best chicken handi and tikkay and to the head manager, Maham for ensuring this visit to be our unimaginable and peaceful experience.Many thanks.Sauban and l can not wait to be back to Riverdale.

Nice view of kargah ... You can enjoy nature here but talking about meals and foods Ill give 5/10 but worth a try because of natural beauty..

The pros:1. The staff are absolute gems of people. Mubasher, Mateeullah, Bulbul (affectionately known as Ertugul) and the rest are absolutely wonderful and pleasant2. The place looks picture perfect. Garden has many streams flowing through it, 3 trout tanks with access to the river.3. Food tasted greatThe cons:1. Geyser kept shutting off2. Staff is disorganized. Could do with training. Breakfast took an hour to prepare.3. Not worth the amount you pay

The place is beautiful. Home away from home. The staff was very helpful. This was the best place in the whole trip even though it was the last one we visited. Too sad that our stay was short but we are already planning to come again soon! If you are looking for peace, cleanliness and comfort then this is the best place. Too good!

Good place to live. good place to stay for night. Big lane and Desi look well farnest resort in gilgit you will feel near natural beauty and gilgiti touch you will feel happy and enjoy and relaxing place near river cool place to releax you can enjoy new porting is under construction very fastly

Its around 15-20 minutes drive from Central Gilgit. That might be a little annoying if you are planning a longer stay as there are no activities around the area. The house itself is great with their own little trout fish farm. So you get fresh trout whenever you like.

What a great place to spend a night or two. A glacier stream runs right behind the resort...my fav spot. The staff is helpful, generous and very polite. Superb.

It’s location is just on the bank of Gilgit River. Lawns are fabulous. Building is nicely maintained. Food is excellent and is served by the staff like home . I like it and recommend all to visit and spend a quality time .

Must visit, we were so glad we picked this place to stay. The staff and owner are amazing. If this place is available than book it. Trust me youll love it.

Absolutely stunning resort, lush green very well maintained garden at the bank of Kargah river with a pool inside. Superb Interiors, fully furnished rooms, bathrooms are outclass. This is probably the best resort of such class in Gilgit-Baltistan.
