Note - if you need this place to take you seriously call the national toll free number and lodge a complaint there.I’ve bought multiple cars from this place and I’ll no longer be buying anything from them.After numerous bad experiences with these guys I’m having to write this review.The staff is horrible when things aren’t going in their favour. The most unprofessional bunch of people.They were supposed to follow up after a complaint I made and I never received a call back.Another time I was told my insurance was going to cost me a certain amount for 5 years. When I called to make the payment they said the said amount is for 1 year only. They said we have recordings of the conversations which I asked them to provide. They conveniently hid the recording in which they discussed the costs and provided a recording that was just a call for a reminder to pay with no duration or costs discussed.

Staff is very polite and helpful. Their service advisors with relentlessly for achieving customer satisfaction. You can pay through cash or Card. Washing facility is world class. They keep on serving water, Tea and coffee. Cleaniness at customer area is good. Overall i would say it is best dealership in town.

Good showroom. Should at least serve water first when visitors enter rather than keeping visitors wait and asking to be served water, even if they seem non serious on buying a Toyota. These little things matter.
