Hello everyone, i do not want to blame anyone, just want an answer was my decision to buy Honda bike from Bhagwati Honda wrong or right...........?I have bought a Honda livo bike from Bhagwati Honda putlighar, and this is almost six months still i have not received the number plates. due to this administration error,t have mentioned in their system that i have purchased an Honda Active... instead of Honda Livo bike...due to their mistake number plates was made for activa instead of bike.....because of their mistakes i have visited 10 to 12 time the showroom then they fitted the rare number plate which is usually same for activa and bike. now it has been more than three months of raising second request for front number plates, but still they dint give the clear date to get the number plate.The second bad experience is about service centre of this agency. after getting the second service done on 26th june i am facing self start and average problem in the bike, when i went to the service centre on 2nd july and raised an issue for the self start and average the attendant ask me to wait, then after waiting for 1 and half hour nobody even touched the bike. when i i ask then they said you have to wait but nobody tells how long i need to wait.sir, as a common man i also have some other works apart from the bike service. I think there should be a proper communication and transparency in the service so that nobodys time should be wasted, neither yours nor customers.Thank you

Very poor service , when. I Give my activita for serviceai was waited upto 3 to 4 hours, when they. Call. Me for check activita after service. I saw a scratch on back and when I asked them they said . Its was already scratched when u give us. Then i said just check your cameras. After that they admitted. That scratched by Their employee.but they said we Sort out this problem next time. But I already take off from my job and spent full day. Next day again I will lose my wages becose of their fault.and Bhagwati Honda is responsible for this . Its was very worist experience for me and I will not suggest any one to go their .

Hello sir , i m Mehak arora activa no PB02CW9614 i have given my activa for service on friday morning around 9 o clock  and they told me it will be ready on evening same day  and i get their after calling them around 5:30 and then they refuse to give me activa and told me i m late  but service centre was still open and some other customersare still getting there activas evenn i have called them before going and still they didnt give me my activa  at phone they told me my activa is ready but then told me to come again on Monday and again i got there for receiving my activa and then they start giving excusees that its still servicing it still on test drive but after 2 hour some service man came with my activa he takes my bike at home for 3 days they made me wait 2 hours for my own activa this is really something shamefull this is  the last time i have given my activa to honda bhagwati service centre from know on i will never take there serive this kind of thinks are ridiculous this is very shameful act  from know i m not going to suggest anyone. To go there where i given my activa is bhagwati honda ,puttlighar , Amritsar punjab  i hope u take some actionVery poor service dont ever go there

It is two wheeler showroom for sale n service of Honda automobile. I buy my bike from this showroom 3 and half years back. It is running smoothly. This time I go for service of my bike. Previously I thought that service of showrooms is costly than open market. I compare both, the last service from open market and this from Agencys showroom. A lot difference the agency done in same price and I find that bike is running that I just buy a new one. I appreciate the work of agencies

Poor Activa service ,

Service is good. Sometimes the service providers are buzy, they ignore you and dont have the complete knowledge about the machinery or dont want to tell, it can be of either way. They provide you a new service option every time, but i dont think they are that much of perk, you can choose regular paid service instead of taking offer booklet. It will cost you the wholesome of same.

They loot customers by levying huge charges in service bill like consumable charges,polish charges,labour charges,nitrogen air charges just to make money.
