One of the most beautiful landmark of Wah Cantt. It was constructed under the instructions of President of Pakistan Gen Ayub Khan. It is a miniature of Badshahi Mosque Lahore. I lived in its vicinity for twenty years and I love every bit of it. Today I visited here after about two years and it was a nostalgic feeling here. What a wonderful feeling and on top of that the weather was excellent also.

The mosque is very beautiful and vast. A place worthy to visit. I think it is built like Badshahi Mosque Lahore. I saw it on 12 Rabi ul Awal Night and it was a gorgeous view last night. I like it and am willing to go and say Jummah Prayer. I think that this year it is officially decorated on Milad Un Nabi SAW by PTI Government and Cantonment Board Wah.

This Masjid is situated near main gate in wah cantt. So it is famous as main gate wali Masjid. It is designed as Badshahi Masjid in Lahore. Difference is that Badshahi Masjids area is much bigger than this Masjid. Very beautiful lighting on this masjid is done on 12th Rabi ul Awwal and 14th August every year. A large number of people visit to see the glorious view of the lighting.
