This place started as a great dining experience but recently due to COVID 19 outbreak it has fallen and now they hardly maintain 50-60 % of their menu products.The service is also getting poor and staff giving the impression that they don’t care.The location is excellent. All they need to do is to restore and restart with their full menu.The timer is that they are planning to move to New city Arcade.

I gave them 4 stars because I think that they should take orders from tables rather than making people to stand in lines for their orders.Anyway as far as the *environment* is concerned its pretty clean and comfortable. The view is awesome. Besides environment, the taste and quality of food is also good and hygienic. Overall experience is satisfactory.Yeah about party place, you can celebrate birthdays or valentines or any other family gatherings on the second floor which is quite spacious.The place also has separate playing area for kids where they can play. And also get some take away gifts for kids.Place is open till late night.

I disliked it because it because firstly they donot take order from table second taste is also not good otherwise sitting arrangement is good

Fine sitting place. You can spend quality time with your friends and family also you can celebrate birthdays parties and friends gets together.Taste is good and quality is great.Child play area is also available.Parking area is wide which is easy for parking.Although Good place to visit.

Why your nmbr is not working i tried to call so many times.... plz solve this issue

They served me Whoppers with ice cold cheese slices on it. It was so untasty. Plus the server did not give me the receipt. Further, since they are relocating to a new place, they took out all the air conditioning system and left the place quite warm for their dine in guests. We were sweating the whole time during our meal. It was pathetic. I am not going there again!

Worst ever experience i have... we bought vanila flavor shakes and the taste was very bad..feel like they have mixed some kind of chemical in shake (if you want to taste burger king shake then go on the pharmacy and try the brufen syrup)

These days when we can only go through drive through, I asked for 4 sundae which came out to be 790/- went forward and the cashier said there is only vanilla, so I asked him to give me 3 instead.The next counter he came, gave me the 4 cones and literally ran awayZero customer service

This is an excellent place for fun and leisure. I admit there is no match of taste like Burger King. I just love the taste of the the food they offer in the menu. People come here and get comfort. There is a huge and enormous parking lot. There is a drive through available in the Burger King. The staff is very nice, helpful and wellbeing. I recommend that everyone should visit this place at least once in a month. Its a wide and open place. I love this place... Thank you Burger King.

Big fan of Burger Kings burgers (Big Chicken and Beef Whopper!) and icecream. They never disappoint and specifically this New City Phase 2 Wah Cantt branch is just too good.

Because of price to performance ratio I am rating it ok its not too bad neither it is extremely good. But keep in mind people have their own taste in food, may be its not my cup of tea. BTW there sitting area is good.

Although one might not rate burger king as one of the best but in the region they do serve one of the best beef burgers, though service varies sometimes you get really good service sometime moderate one but the service is OK, apart from that food served is good as always.

A place equally good for families and individuals. Prices are reasonable and discounts are available if payment is made via specific credit cards.

Im a foreigner just visit this location of burger king Im disappointed because the behavior of staff in not good they dont have a proper training how to interact customers need.I was trying to place my order and the cashier told me that he have to check the stocks of available buns in the store before he will confirm the the order.
