The environment is clean and best for family. If I talk about service, they were quick and friendly. I have found KFC more economical then Burger King and OPTP. The taste is also much better as compared to prices. I only ordered their zinger so dont know about other recipes. As a whole I would recommend family people to visit the place as the interior is quite pleasant and calm.

No dining services these days due to strict compliance of covid-19 SOPs only take away.

Props for accessibility to the locals. Ample sitting area for those interested in dine ins. play area for the kiddos is an added bonus for mommies and daddies. Quick service at the drive thru is what keeps bringing me back to this place. Love their Kentucky burger to bits

It was my first time at KFC Wah.. it is located on the GT road right after hasanabal if you are facing towards Islamabad.. Quality of food was way better than an KFC outlet in Rawalpindi Islamabad combined.. JazakAllah

KFC is one of the well-known food chain in the world, and they have proven to be the best among others. I ordered some snacks for myself in the mid of the COVID-19. It is the only chain I can trust to follow all the precautionary measures. Yet I was wrong. The guy who came to deliver the food was not wearing a mask. I was extremely disappointed with his act. On the other side, food was all top-notch, cooked to the best and packaged safely. But still, they must focus on strictly following the precautionary measures amidst of the pandemic.

My experience last night at drive through wasnt very good. However, food was good. Apart from food, service needs improvement. Staff at payment counter dont bother to give change less than Rs 10.00, whereas, they insist for some donation etc. Food delivery counter staff forget to give me fork for coleslaw.

The newly opened KFC outlet on Main GT Road near Wah Cantt. The outlet is not very busy and the service needs improvement. The location is secluded and not anywhere near busy. Probably will improve with time. The cleanliness and quality of food is great. A nice addition in local eating places!

Not as good as most kfc branches. Fried chicken is often soggy or not well cooked. Their delivery is quick although in a very limited area. Within wah its only delivered as far as pof hotel.

Our happiness on the opening of KFC wah on GT road turned into sheer disappointment and frustration because of the attitude of the duty manager on 9th Aug 4:30pm, we entered the drive thru and placed our order as per the rule at the first window. 2 motorcycles crossed us and went to the 2nd that is the payment window. Another car was already parked in front of the payment window and staff was taking there order, which is not the place for taking orders . In fact the lady and her kids had dismounted from the car and were ordering as if standing at the restaurant. Èven on complaining the manager rudely refused to take payment from us . Instead he wrongly took the order and payment from the other customers who had come after us. Thus the whole aim of drive thrust was negated. We had to cancel our order because of violation of KFCs own set criteria. If KFC management of Wah continues to flaunt their own rules we will be sorry to loose the benefit of this wisely opened outlet.Brig Zaki Rehman POF Wah Cantt.

Giving 4 stars because the space is so congested, they need to add more sitting space. The environment feel is also not like the one you get in any other outlet in Islamabad. Since they have standard recipe so doesnt need any comment. Music is a bit loud that should be played at a medium volume. The stairs were dirty as if they are only cleaned twice. The staff is pleasent and accommodating. Well they deserve the more cheer up.

We Ordered 2Mighty zinger and 1kentucky meal .Mighty zinger was pathethic,very little sauce and less tasty than saddar branch.Fries were not seasoned properly.Only thing that was good was there Kentucky burger.Overall i think they are cashing this covid thing .

Sitting capacity should be increased.As on weekends there is very little space to sit and usually you have to wait for 5 to 10 mins.About taste.... Ive tasted KFC from gujrawala, lahore, rawalpindi, jehlum. But the taste here is very salty.The drive-through services needs improvements.

Typical KFC. Identical experience to that in any other city. Service was ok but its been 3 days since opening so thats ok for now. They say it is in trial phases as of now however there will eventually be a grand opening. Delivery will be offered soon as well. Verdict: It was KFC and it was like any other branch. The branch is open for sure. Go and have a try.
