The facility is well made and has a pretty decent health club with a heated pool. Breakfast OKAY, as expected from a local hotel.However, service is extremely poor.We stayed for one night and one of my travel mates wasnt issued a room key as, only the manager can issue the key and she isnt available so we will issue it shorty. The shortly never materialized despite 5+ reminders.Similarly, the drain in my bathrooms shower was not working, causing the bathroom to flood when I took a shower; again the shortly in we will send someone to fix it shortly never materialized.Another travel mate gave his clothes for urgent ironing; took him 8 reminders over 12 hours to get them back.I had doubts about the freshness of the linen in my room, not expected from a hotel that claims to be a 4-star facility. Didnt bother trying to get the linen changed due to their general non-responsiveness.Long story short, the management needs to focus on staff training, improved maintenance and better quality control.

It was good experience I had a great time at this hotel good atmosphere and very good location I like this hotel very much because in small city you cannot find four star hotels so its good in small city but there is only one problem for wheelchair user if youre going to attend any seminar or attend any event in this hotel then you face some washroom problem but they have also offering wheelchair friendly ramps in their office and also offer you gift option is there for overall its very good in small city and second part is rates its little bit expensive

Marriage hall is very spacious. Vast underground parking. Good place to conduct functions in hall. Staff and security is corporative.

Have visited last week, its not a true 4 star, may be just a 3 star hotel.The plus point is that hotel is conveniently located and if you are on a business trip, you can move arround conveniently.Breakfast Buffet is useless as just a few options for local breakfast and for foreigner, it will be worthless. However their Four Season resturant food quality is very nice and a must try place.They offer a dinner buffet at 999+tax which is a very nice option. Also they have a terrace attached to restaurant.The negative side of hotel stay is staff noises at night 9f dragging tables at sleeping times which is a big disturbance for early sleeping people.The front office staff is very professional and always willing to help you.

Chinese Mincho Ren Chicken served as Mexican chicken as you can see in pictures. Please if you going to book with them dont take the stage decoration from them. its a big robbery Before booking ask first you will bring your own party decorator otherwise dont book.

It has been improved than initial phase. It has banquet hall and meeting rooms. It also have standard, vip and luxury rooms. Pick and drop facilities also available. Restaurant is also very good.

Javson now got better than its initial face.It didn’t not recommend for dining there not for those who like it. It’s my person advice.There are banquet 2 hall for wedding and school universities functions. There is small hall for corporate meetings and dinners.International travellers and businessman stay here at very economical cost of luxury room except sometime the huge volume of wedding ceremony surrounds the whole hotel.Basic gym and pool are available for room holders and on subscription for outsiders.

For a small city like Sialkot, this hotel was better than my expectations, they had a good temperature controlled swimming pool and a gym too. Rooms were clean and spacious. They served welcome tea as well when we checked in. The hotel staff was very nice.

Hotel is nicely designed on a very small area, claiming of 4 star, but I havent seen services and facilities like four star. Administratively Very very poor in maintenance, cleaning and in food services, breakfast is complimentary some how good but services are very poor. Very dry environment, still staff is hard working and trying their best to facilitate but administratively very poor. Health Gym Spa and pool some how exist their but its like a hostel life that you have to place all those things in a row, very humid environment of GYM, even you wont find a bath towel easily, balconies and outer sitting are not properly cleaned. They have a parking in basement but you wont find a lift to go up, you have to use stairs or driving ramp to reach up, they require to hire more bell boys rather than overloading their existing staff. Overall not healthy experience at all

Hotel javson is leading hotel of Sialkot. Theyve good infrastructure, Nice ambiance and cosy rooms however the service level is poor. Room service and laundry response time is very poor. Food quality is average. Service quality during functions and meetings is below average. Location and approach is average.

Worst taste experience when i took Hi-tea from their Four Seasons cafe or restaurant whatever, only one dish which was some extend you eat otherwise you all items give you a frustrated pinch in your mind. I highly not recommend everyone to visit there for taking food experience, just go there for formal occasions.

This hotel is supposed to be one of the best hotels in Sialkot. The location is good in the center of town. Room is clean. Internet and hot water are available. Electricity sometimes goes on and off, though, it is quite comfortable and relaxing.

Pretty awesome experience considering how dramatically the scene changes as soon as you step out the hotel. Sialkot is a special city and its potential was demonstrated in this hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel.They provide morning breakfast from 6-10am, with daily rotation of 2 full meals and parathas. Other bakery like. Muffins, croissants and murabba(sweet Mango preserve) French toast, boiled eggs etc and a coffee machine.I tried the espresso and swore I wont ever try it from the machine but the latte was a pleasant savior, usually had 2-3 8 ounce servings with breakfast.

Spend some hours... Mr Zaheer from night shift cooperated very well, looking forward to have stay again in future.
