Satisfied. But i would recommend that must take online appointment which will save you from long queues and you will be treated timely otherwise have to stand in long queue and you will be called as per your token number. They charge almost Rs.1200/-(including 16% tax) each and childern are exempted upto age of 6 years.

Staff was courteous but seating isnt enough to accommodate a hajj crowd.

Third class customer services.. poor guyx are begging here that please take our finger prints for the umrah and hajj applications. So they can further proceed. But the concernd person didnt co operate with them.. All the peoples who will go there were sit on the floor even on road..I really disappoint after seeing all of this

Etimad Center has courteous staff and well furnished interior like Jerry international. Just get appointment before visiting, it will save the trouble of waiting and wasting time.

Worst experience. Guard was so rude I was personally shocked. They have made their own rules guard said me that you need to come late night between 12:00 to 3:00 am for Token. I suggest that go to GUJRAT office.
