Service is not very okay !! A very rude behavior of receptionist. Quality of food is 3/10. Although rooms are quite clean and neat. A little expensive according to services they provide. No gym and no swimming pool here.

The best hotel to stay in Sialkot. There is no other reasonable option. They have good rooms, with wheel chair excess parking, entrance and a 4 person elevator. Rooms have good air conditioning in Summer and heating in winter. Staff is efficient and trained. Wash Rooms have good cleanliness, although a bit small. Restaurant is small but they have a good variety in food (continental, Chinese and Desi). Security needs to be tightened on entrance.I travelled on my car and stayed for two nights, they have good breakfast and meal options. Well located within city center, so I could move to and fro easily. Hotel is aging, so they need to focus on maintenance. Dont take a room at 2nd floor, they have a boiler on roof which starts every min., so cant sleep due to vibration.

Very disappointed. I stayed here for a night after the relaxation given by government to reopen businesses (which was imposed earlier due to CoVID 19 severity). The whole setup was out of sorts.

It was my second trip, a bit disappointing but due to covid less staff rest all is good

Pathetic slow services. I checked in room but bedding were dirty and it took almost 4 hours wait to change. I ordered juice and it took 40 minutes in room service. The washroom lock was broken. But javson is the only better available option in sialkot as compare to others.

Good hotel. Nice service and tasty food. Parking is an issue. I saw many foreigners, which is an indication of its quality. Rooms are clean and room service is quick.

They have issues with plumbing. The sinks do not drain very well. Also, I ended up with 2twin beds instead of a double for one out of 2nights with my husband. And although they said they would get me a double bed, I checked in around 5pm, and they told me I was too late. The actual accommodations are fine. The is a nice rooftop terrace you can sit at. Breakfast was good. Sink and shower drainage, needs work. I didnt book a 3rd night with them.

They claim 4 star I believe its closer to 3.5. The hotel has decently furnished rooms, indoor pool, gym, barber shop/parlor, restaurants and banqueting facilities. Nearly 50 rooms.

During my current stay.... I spent sleepless night because of AC shut off mid night than after 45 minutes electrician came and tried to maintain the AC but fail after 1.3 hours in hot room they shifted to other room but by that time its 3am and it was very hard to get in sleep again.

My room 118 was worn, the electrical outlets did not work. There was holes in the wall paneling and the wallpaper was torn. It did not have the ambiance of a four-star hotel. But, I discovered the day I checked out, that across the hallway, the rooms were remodeled and very bright, well kept and inviting. That side of the hallway appeared to be four-star, my room was no more than a two-star. Very disappointing. Also, the elevator did not always function. Sometimes I took the stairs.

Hotel has underground parking. Banquet Hall is mediocrely interior decorated. Toilets are not well cleaned and properly maintained. Sewerage and basins are poorly handled. Cleanliness is not boasting. Food is delicious but not extraordinarily. Reception is professional. It is considered one of the best ranked hotel available in sialkot. In ramadhan buffet is popular as it offers variety of food. Administration should strive to improve the lapses to make it more popular.

Arrived at the hotel at 11pm,The first thing that hit me was a suffocation feeling as i steped in.Reached room asked for wifi password but was given wrong password two times after which i was told that they would update me about correct passowrd but no update after that.Stayed in double deluxe n cracks were visible on the rooms walls...So in short a big led down

Very accommodating staff. Room was large and comfortable.However on the last morning of my stay, I was woken up at 5;15am with a strange fellow in my room. Needless to say I almost had a heart attack. I believe he was told that I had already checked out and he was to do an inspection.Breakfast was average.Overall a very pleasant stay.
