Civil hospital Sialkot or Allama Iqbal Memorial hospital is a very well established and one of the most developed hospitals of Sialkot. Initially established in 1898 with 250 beds to provide basic health facilities, the hospital has expanded considerably and has been totally transformed over the years. Its 1900 beds are located in 34 departments, with over a dozen major operation theatres and a huge out patient’s attendance. Greater stress is being laid on public-private partnerships and preventive work notably in the Pediatrics department to avert unnecessary infant and child deaths due to pneumonia, malnutrition, diarrhea or vaccine-preventable illnesses. Measures are also in place to prevent and control major communicable diseases such as Tuberculosis, Malaria, Viral Hepatitis B & C and HIV/AIDS, in addition to non-communicable diseases such as cardiovascular diseases, diabetes and cancers having a huge burden in Pakistan. The page is based on the basic information about the renowned Allama Iqbal Memorial Hospital Sialkot. You can access the contact details and consultation timings of the doctors operate in Allama Iqbal Memorial Hospital Sialkot.
Good staff.satisfied Doctors..dealing with smoothly
Its a good government hospital. Best for poor people.
Providing best health facilities in sialkot
Its giving good services to people nowaday but they are using single bed for 2.3 pietnts.. also builing built since 1962 . May Allah give our Govt Tufeeq to develop such this place.
Not a suitable hospital for me. There are many people in the hospital to check themselves but due to thousands of people in the hospital they claim that they got appointments after 4 to 6 hours when they had their tocken in their hands. So the poor people have no options to go anywhere else for treatment. This is a serious issue we are facing at this time and we need more hospitals in sialkot to get people better in their status and poverty. But I still appreciate the amergency department where I have to go many times and see people got better treatment and free medicine for their beloved ones.Still we need more hospitals in sialkot and we request government to invest more in medical sector and make people healthy and powerful to achieve their desired goals.RegardsAbid Younad
