Place is good but personally not having good experience. At the time of visit the atmosphere was very irritating as 3 kids were jumping on the seats and running here and there while shouting badly. After 15 minutes of placing order I was told that the item is not available and asked me to select something else but I refused. My friends had their tea etc and left the place. This would be my first and last visit

They perhaps brew the best coffee in the town. A well furnished cafe with nice decor. Overall ambiance is good. We tried their coffee and various types of sandwiches. Coffee was good, specially Americano. Taryaki and club sandwiches were nice too.Service is reasonable. Rates are quite on the higher side and it will cost you Rs 750 to 1100 per person for snacks and coffee alone. There is ample parking space along the road side.

I would appreciate the ambience of the place and coffee is second to none.

This is the only place in Kent where you can sit for chit chat and enjoy your company speicaly for smokers we really like the coffee and atmosphere

Had a fabulous time there at Second cup while having Coffee and their molten lava and Ice cream. A good place to hang out or have an informal meeting. The music plays loud so not a place for a formal meeting though. One of the good coffee hang out in Sialkot, Pakistan.

Alas !!! Worst experience so far..they don’t even understand how to make coffee, not cool with the environment also, overpriced , wastage of resources.

The only thing which is good in this place is its environment... Food quality is average, as the name shows cup means their must be at least coffee or tea tasty but trust me thats average too.

Latest view: After my first review today Im decreasing from 5 stars to 3 stars because in October 2019 I found a cockroach on their sofa and upon my complaint they were called upon by food authorities and cantonment board for scrutiny, but now again in December right after two months I found another cockroach on their premises near eating area. (Video is published and Im launching complaint to food authorities again). So disappointed.Old review: One of few brands which did not compromise on quality inSialkot. Youre always left undisturbed and on your own. Staff is friendly even on busiest of days. Interior is kept clean and stylish. Space is cozy. Can be visited with families. Is a good place to bunk a day. I enjoyed my time there nearly always. One addition I would want is in variety of snacks. Its already reasonable but I would appreciate more range of it. Other than that its my top 5 favorite places to hangout in Sialkot.

Place is good but staff is uneducated and prices are way high like any 5 star hotel.No one interested to take your order even.Should train your staff to make this cafe upto standard.

Great coffee and Decent Food...one of the more ambient place to hang in Sialkot..as there are not many. Much better than other cafes in terms of atmosphere and service..would like further if food had a bit less processed feel and felt prepared with more fresh ingredients! The staff is extremely careless. They only serve good during peak times. Youre provided with a 20% discount card which only helps you get a maximum of a 10% or a 12% discount. The service is absolutely not good. There are better cafes nearby. So I recommend not going to a cafe like this.

Brilliant Staff and Delicious Food

One of the relatively recent places to dine/have coffee, in Sialkot. They dont have all the things on their menu however the quality of things that they do have is pretty good. Service is really nice as well.

Basboosa is not Basboosa at all. Actually it is almond cake which is being served at second cup. Service quality is good, atmosphere is also good. Sitting arrangement needs some improvement for families also
