I dont know about the other doctors or much but Ill have to complain about Urfa Tajs timing. She gave us the time of 7 while coming late at 8. Understandable someone can run late once or twice but always ? Not acceptable. I would like the management to look into this matter and will like the doctor to tell exactly when will they arrive before allotting the time. Thank you. Awaiting for reply.

One of the expenses hospital in sialkot but their staff is unprofessional. They do not know how to treat with patients especially ward boys Amjad and Qaiser.

Lab performance and Lab staff behavior is very bad, better to do tests and ultrasound from outside. Dr. Shabana is very rude.

I brought my wife here in emergency as she was 2 months pregnant and was having trouble breathing they first made us wait as the receptionist was not available. After wait they took her to operation theater where we waited they just applied some IV after hours of wait they just send my wife out by pulling her iv which result in shower of blood coming from her hand. My question who trained these guys. What kind of Hospital is this. There was no one i could complain to about this matter no one bothered.

The staff was non cooperative .. Numbering system was more of a parchi system .. Had very bad experience with Assistant of Brig Dr Imran ... But the brig him self is the best in Pakistan

Very bad behaviour of doctors, especially the skin specialist Dr. Sadia. She will make you wait 3 hours before check-up and icing on the cake.... the fee u pay at the counter is NON-REFUNDABLE yes u read it right, so if u want to wait hours and be stuck there cuz (u cant take your slip and go to counter and take your money back) go there and get insulated. I wish i could give less than 1 star. Shameful behaviour from Dr.Sadia.

I visited this hospital on 8 August. The staff don’t know how to talk with patients , totally zero manners. I checked fee online , there was 1000 Written, but when I reached hospital they didn’t give me slip, they said me to submint 1200 .I requested them alot , but just because of 200 ( which were 1000 written online) they didn’t check me .Totally disappointed ..

Hospital building is very good, staff is friendly, a variety of doctors are available on the spot. overall a rating is good.

Dr shabana is a dr with big knife to cutt peoples pockets and service is worst and she tried to preffer operate then normal delivery... bcz it makes money and her behaviour is rude with their patients

First of Dr. Shabana Imran, she is one of the most competent and experienced doctor and their is no second opinion is her Qualifications.But as for Hospital; One of the wrost experience of our life to have a baby here. Dr. is nice and competent but the rooms and others facilities are wrost than Government hospitals. No warm water, no heaters and believe me they are danm expensive only one bed for patient and if someone wants to stay overnight with patient he must arrange his own matress or lay on ground. And irony is you just cant use the lift. I will definitely not recommend to anyone for this facility. Because they will charge you like five stars but will give you like local government hospitals.

The reception is not aware of wether the doctor is busy in a surgery or in the opd. They are just busy collecting cash.
