The emergency staffs self-conflict and negligence cost my uncle his life. The attitude adopted by these nurses is not an attitude which is suitable for this kind of profession.

This hospital is too much expensive and only for the rich not the poor but hospital management should take bold steps to give all the facilities also the poor in the minimal prices and doctors should be responsible for patients conditions and understand their situation also.i am really disharted for the expierence of this hospital bcz my niece is suffering from diheroea but no one can recongnize it .its really very bad but we also focus towards the right aspect also.

Private hospital in town...

This hospital is not good especially for panel patients. They will not treat you with respect and dignity. I lost my daughter here. The gyanecologists here are minting machines of making money. They falsely claim that they have nursery and in the end they play with the lives of people. If you are panel patient they will delay yoyr treatment they will avoid you. Never go to this hospital if you wabt to go somehow in emergency dont go on panel. Behavior of gyanecologists is pathetic they dont kniw howto talk to patients. Few gynaecologists e.g. Bushra Meraj, Sadia Sabor, uzma etc only have interest in the peoples money they convert normal delivery into surgery to get their business run to make more money.The lower staff sweeper women employees will demand you money even in case of death of my baby they kept on making money for every single task they perform. May Allah show ruggt path to everyone. Such peactixes should be stopped.

Well, this is a hospital with good facilities. The two doctors i interacted with are good but their assisting staff is not cooprative infact they are rude. Specially the duty girls make favoritism and send those patients to doctor first who have reference despite of the fact that numbers are alloted an hour ago of doctors arrival. The working staff must be polite and helpful to the patients.

Not for white collar or poor people, Only affordable if you have a heavy pocket.

The worst with the very bad attitude ever I have seen the Dr Malik ehsan cardialogist sitting over the Islam center hospital. He really doesnt know that how to treat with the patients besides he is charging more than enough fee. I suggest to everyone to avoid from that doctor and that hospital

My mother got cancer in her jaws and we have done surgery in DOCTOR hospital in Lahore after that we came home and due to some reason she was vomiting and totally dehydrated and unconscious we took her to all big hospitals in sialkot even CMH they said take her home she is almost gone you have not much time while crying someone tells me to take to Islam center and contact DR Waseem and he took the challenge and from the very first day till end he is amazing he works more than his duty hours he gives me his number when ever I called him he answered and give me best advice with the grace of Almighty Allah and his hard work now my mother is perfectly alright like normal he is the only trust person in that hospital may GOD bless him these stars are only for DR WaseemThe negative points are the wheel chair persons ,cleaning staff and the sweepers they always fight to take money from us evening just leaving patient to car and from car till room they need money, making empty the urine bags they needs money they should understand when someone is in the condition of life and death they should not do these things what about if someone from there family is in this situation thats make me sad and I always pays them just to get the things fast I know hospital will not take care and will not even stop them to doing this many peoples cant afford such things they can hardly buy medicine I will appreciate to gather them all and inform then to just refrain from such activitiesThank you so much Dr Waseem may GOD bless you

Doctors and Staff is Not So trained And they Dont have Any Kind Of Experience

This is one of the largest hospitals in Sialkot. It provides latest medical facilities to the patients for the sake of a better society. Staff is well educated and equipment are imported from abroad. All the departments are working efficiently. Poor people have facility to be treated on affordable prices. Parking area is not as big as it must be. Medical stores and canteens are inside the hospital.

I would like to share my observation. This hospital is supposed to be leading health facility in Sialkot but its very unfortunate that the staff is not much cooperative, well mannered or disciplined. The cost of OPD and other treatment is so high as you are in Doctors Hospital or National Hospital Lahore but the hygienic conditions and sterilization of instruments is miserable. Being a teaching hospital, they are bound to facilitate OPD at minimal fees but they charge full in thousands and show to PMDC as they are following all rules.The attitude of trainee doctors of ISLAM MEDICAL COLLEGE is pathetic. They are so proud and show rude behavior that they dont know how to deal with miserable patients.Overall patients are not returned for what they pay.

The most pathetic service provided to us today at the emergency ward in Islam Center today!!The emergency doctors are not confident and dont even know what they are doing with patients!!Need to change their attitudes!!!!All their together trying to snatch money from patients through different way....
