Expensive and doctors only know to write tests from their lab.

Sialkot Medical Complex is an average hospital . Its little expensive. They charged 1500 just for short stay in ward. Sitting arrangements for attendants are also poor. Cleanliness is also 6 out of ten. So in the end, something is better than nothing.

An average hospital yet extremely expensive. The staff needs to improve their manners.

Had a recent visit with my relatives and was shocked to see this terrible place. The lab in basement in franchised to some external lab contractor and the staff in lab is very inexperienced. I doubt if they are even qualified. They needed to take blood sample and while doing that.. they tied the strap around the arm by tightning the knot as a rope. This ruptured the skin and muscles..I was angry and asked the staff what was that..she simply said it must be tight and this is how its done. I was shocked to know that they even dint know proper use of strap and the clip to take blood sample.On the other hand...the reception does not attend the call even if it rings forever. This place must either be shut down or to be given under the state to run in a proper manner where patients are treated as humans..not animals. Such private medical facilities have become a mafia of money making and its not a sacred duty anymore.

I am a guest in sialkot, I come from Germany and like to visit Pakistan. During this visit, I had a bacterial infection on my back, which had to be treated surgically. Thats why I visited the medical center sialkot. very friendly staff, from the front desk to the attending staff. I would like to thank you. This is one of the busiest hospitals of sialkot. It is being run by Al-Khidmat foundation sialkot. It is well managed and free for deserving patients. For 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. its free. On different days different issues of healths are treated free of cast like blood pressure diabetes hapetitus etc. Different wards are available with an emergency unit. Almost all the facilities are available here as a can be available in sialkot. All type of doctors are hired here

Sialkot Medical Complex (SMC) is a leading medical centre in the town equipped with all the latest technologies to provide the patients best medical treatment and care. Its a large building at Commissioner Road Sialkot. Parking is available outside the building alongside the boundary wall of Allama Iqbal Civil Hospital.

Pathetic. They have no website, no contact information given on net. Maybe they are running hospital at stone age. This is where you can see how unprofessional this team could be.One jazz number that rings for never to be picked up by anyone.

BAsic life support certificate is their speciality ....wards are good ...but icu is poor in relation to standard set by hospital itself...cleaniliness is also not upto standard ...

A very bad hospital with an unqualified staff AND Doctors, The doctor (Sohail Tufail) always advise to discuss with junior doctors as he dont have time to see their own patients. They dont even care to explain the discharge report properly. This is a money making business for them and they make sure you cough up enough money for any treatment. Basic health care but very expensive. If u got admitted in the hospital then make sure u have huge amount of money because each day almost 3 to 4 times dr. visits and without doing nothing he is just making 1000 rupee for each visit. They are making the Money for whomever they want. And u cant even question them about the charges they add up in ur bill. Seriously they just want to make money, but the sad reality is that everyone in this field, hospitals, doctors they just want to make money. Now a days hospitals are like money printing press for doctors. I had a experience there, one of my relative got admitted there just for 2 hours the great the normal fever and after giving him some medicines and injections they have made the bill of 5000 rupees excluding medicines the cost of medicines are approximately 1500 rupees. Intensive Care Unit and patient wards are clean as compared to other hospitals. But rest of hospital is very dirty its like you are sitting in a fish market.
