They do not resolve complaints and only good at ptcl ki taraf se behadd maazrat , apki complain update ker di 48 hrs main kuch na kuch ho jayega

They dont know whose job is it to fix your complaint. They will just make you go and never fix your complaint. While when it comes to money making they are on top. No service and high fee is there policy from the past 5-7 years

They are very rude and ill mannered. When we said how Bill can be such, when the modem is not working for 1 month.

This exchange has a complaint cell, bill submitting facility and a one stop shop for PTCL products and services. Complaints are actually taken care of and your problem will be solved on priority basis if u physically visit the exchange instead of automated complaint.
