The Princess Suite was great. Acknowledging that the location of this hotel does not matches its quality, I would give it a four star rating. The only annoying aspect was the entrance to this hotel which needs to widened and improved aesthetically.

Pathetic service, dirty rooms and toilets non professional staff. Spent the whole stay in pain. Owners should take care of it b4 the management ruin the whole business.

Excellent Hotel and StaffThis is one of the best hotels we stayed in. Room was large with a sitting area with a couch. The room was very clean and modern. The staff at the front desk was very friendly, helpful and professional. The lobby was nice and clean. Breakfast area was large. There were several kitchen staff members constantly monitoring the breakfast items.I definitely would stay at this hotel again !

Bathrooms had good toiletries and proper water drainage, which was such a relief after being at a different hotel. Also, was not lumped with a smaller sized room. Instead was offered a free upgrade, which I gladly accepted. If you want omelette for breakfast or tea, just let the waiter know, he will bring you one. Overall, Happy with the stay.

Hotel Jeevens is one of the top hotels in Sialkot. It is situated on Kashmir Road. Quality rooms and food are its recognition. Customer services are also fine.It also has halls for conferences and events like marriages, corporate meetings and training sessions.I witnessed only one weakness. Its parking is not good. Open air and full of dust parking area.

A friend of mine visited there & hotel is very nice by meal & look.

Overall OK but quality of food has degraded. Good for small functions and meetings.

Service delivery needs improvement. Contact numbers of hotel were missing in room. Bath accessories were for one person in a double room. Pathetic breakfast, tea was available on order during breakfast and after waiting for fifteen minutes it was served cold repeatedly. No supervision of any kind. All Bills are to be paid in advance.

I stayed at this hotel between the night of 3rd January and 4th January 2020. I was offered room no 305 on third floor when I arrived at around 2:00 am. Around 3:15 am, I felt as if big machinery is working somewhere. After about 10-15 mins when I called reception, I was told to check what’s wrong but no one got back. I realised that laundry is being done right above the room I was staying in. When called again they guy confirmed it was laundry and he will get it stopped so I could sleep. Nothing happened so I dialed him again and he refused to stop that and offered me a separate room in the middle of the night. I was then offered a different twin room with single beds in it. The worst bit was the unprofessional behaviour shown by the receptionist Salman. During our phone calls he was sounding extremely non serious about my complain or to help me out. Overall, hotel is nice but staff was utterly unprofessional. If anyone happens to be there, try to avoid floor no 3. The management needs to designate a separate area for laundry. Breakfast was nice though.

I did not have a very good experience of the city, so I was pleasantly surprised to see that this hotel was not a reflection of Sialkot. Stylish, very expensive looking even though it was decently priced, and overall good value for money. The rooms are well decorated and maintained, the dining hall is good and offers a wide range of food (albeit their chairs are a dates and could use replacing), and the service was outstanding. Staff and customer service are definitely the shining star in my opinion, very polite, very attentive and very helpful. I dont think i would return to sialkot as it was a let down but if i had to, i know where i would stay!
