Poorest services in whole Sialkot. The staff is extremely slow and uncooperative. The token counters havent worked in the last decade. For a single problem at the bank youll have to spend at least 4 hours. Opening account here would be a big big mistake.

The worst bank in Pakistan undoubtedly, 3rd class customer service with un professional staff. I would higly recommend people to never open a bank account in this bank. No matter who you complain to, nobody bothers to entertain you. I normally dont write negative comments but after many events of unprofessional attitude by the bank employees i am obliged to write one.

My experiance is very bad because your staff is not working fast and mostly your system is goes down slow so i think first of all this bank or organization change their system and second no rules management system is not proper work mostly their counter receipt generate machine.Hopefully you underline your weakpoints and will to improve .Thank You
