Really disappointed for the nonsensical indifferent and careless attitude of the men sitting behind windows. Needed a statement. Requested it. The guy gave printing command and vanished like some ghost without informing to wait for him. Spoiled my invaluable hour. Damn it. Really careless and peevish staff.
