The office is small but the service is satisfactory.My personal experience is not so good. One of my OVERNIGHT shipment from Quetta to Sialkot was booked on 28 Dec 2020. It reached to me on 1st Jan 2021 i.e. after 5 days.

Worstever service in world.No responce from their local office even from their helpline, no one pick the call.

Quick service but too quick to be good. They even didnt waited for me to reach and pick the parcel and they sent it to returns.

I wish to give them a big zero. They have the worst service one could experience. I had a consignment which was supposed to reach my door step on 10th Aug & until now there is no sign of it. They just provide a good value added service that is customer suffering.

Wish i could rate them zero, my parcel booked from Karachi on 15th of july and not deliver till today, i track my cn# but ineffective, i also try to contact them on UAN and local number but the result is same, they are extremely irresponsible and unprofessional, hope they will close soon.

I ordered online but they never call me and return the order.Then once again I order I go to thier Centre for Self Picking but they are unable to find my parcel.They find my parcel 30 minutes I have to wait for it but then say ok come tomorrow.POOR Services.DONT EVER USE THEM.

Worst of worst courier. Irresponsible staff. Tracking system shows that shipment is out for delivery for last 2 days. No body contact me for delivery. I am continuously following via email and call Center but still thay are failed to find the problem or reply me that what is the reason of delay or how long its needs for delivery? . Now I am calling Sialkot office, Mobile no is out of range...... I dont know that to do?

Fake peoples and fake company

Their service is Pathetic.My international driving license has still not been delivered to me even after 20 days of dispatch from DLIMS Sialkot despite paying the delivery fees.I might have to go collect my driving license from them as told by the their customer care on call.
