Poor response by the service department. Not cooperative. My defect & warranty claim was delayed for almost 8 months with no output from dealership and was always postponed due to various un related reasons.

As Like all Pakistani dealerships they 1st resisted to my warranty claim and try to deceive me by some means. But after having a BIGGGGGGG safraish they claimed my warranty and replace my party with minimal cost.. overall good but you need to be more sharp n have safarish for your warranty claims

Sheikhan has been good sometime ago. But due to some unknown reasons, talented mechanic switched resulting in decline. They must have to appoint talented mechanics, if they are serious to run it on Pace. They have Good track record and have capability to be master in the town. Customers expect much flexibility from them
