This new terminal is far better than previous one. It has friendly ambience. Staff is outstanding as always. A regular traveller with Bilal travels. Ive experienced almost every bus service but this the Best and affordable service I ever found in Pakistan.

Pathetic service. Bought business class tickets. Bus was with hard seats. No headphones. Late reaching. Bus hostess was totally non professional. Misbehaing more focused on her phone than listening to passengers.

Good and Clean service. You can book on phone and get your ticket 30 min before departure. Food within the journey is not very satisfying so take some with you before boarding.

Bilal Travel moved its location but didnt update on Google map, even no one knows its correct location.

The place is crowded. Buses do reach on time but can occasionally be late due to traffic or previous station delays. The place does have a waiting area.

Buses are old which are used for travelling from lahore to Islamabad.Ticket prices are more and more day by day.Service is good.

I would prefer this bus service to daewoo anytime. Ive always had a welcoming and happy experience travelling with them and I would just like to say that they should choose a central location within the cities and develop a dedicated application with which we can book seats rather through call bookings.

Had a good experience on this travelling company. It has neat and clean waiting area. Bus timings are perfect and punctual. Got a good and cooperative staff and receptionist. I travelled to lahore from islamabad. And it was perfectly on-time.

First of all, they booked us the wrong seats. I was with my family, they said it was a mistake. Instead of offering better seats or so, they tried to adjust us in horrible seats and their attitude was extremely rude.After extensive arguments we cancelled and chose another service.Not recommended at all.

Their service continues to go down. I have never seen such an ill-mannered hostess before who stood at frontside near her seat and refused to come to help a lady from distance in a loud voice.. It was so awkward and unprofessional..It took 6 hours to reach rawalpindi from lahore.. And the bus condition was really bad. My window side was dirty, chunks of dirt near window. Im not gonna travel again via bilal daewoo, damn!

I am totally unsatisfied with this so called bus service. Neither I would recommend it to anyone. Reason behind this is closed seats with each other. Like if a person needs to bend his seat backward so the other person sitting behind will not allow you to do so cuz seat will touch his knees. Travelled from Peshawar to Lahore with immense trouble. In contrast with sania or Faisal mover, they are far far better than this bus service.

Its a great service. The buses are quite comfortable. Business class is very nice and also price for business class is very reasonable. There are two terminals in rwp and isb so that helps people from either pindi or isb to use their preferred terminal. Booking your seat in advance is recommended.

Bakwas tareen staff, i bought a ticket for lahore(12o clock), i booked a super luxury Man bus,i confirmed the bus type twice, i asked him this is not the bus i booked,he said wo tou 10 bajay chali gai ajj bus ab yahi hai, this is very unprofessional behavior.

I cant say for other people, but for me its location is very convenient, its near my house so no sweating. Im not a frequent traveler though.

Only bus service from Lahore to Islamabad I found with both individual LCD and comfortable seating. I think luxury cushioning is better than that off business while business have bigger seats.

Limited facilities for the waiting area and wash rooms. Needs much to improve for better standards. Bus seats in which I travel were damaged. Driver was very unprofessional and drove very rough.

Buses are late almost always on events like Eids. Service is good and environment is clean. For online booking, comfortable seats with screens and better foods in positive addition yet being late and staff not informing on time adding negative points would take it to just 3 stars.
