My brothers Walima was hosted here and it was simply phenomenal and extraordinary. Everything went flawlessly as the hotel had showed for its 5 Star service throughout the function. The atmosphere was a bit chilly due to which several bonfires were lit which helped in keeping the ambience and mood enjoyable for everyone. From the piquant appetizers to the luscious desserts, the buffet was simply delicious and flavorful. All of the dishes were being refilled continuously and the hotplates were maintained throughout. The elegant, exquisite and ravishing stage was decorated magnificently and it looked aesthetically pulchritudinous. A perfect 10/10 :)

Good location, food is nice bit pricey but good quality. swimming pool is the best part during winter really nice. Rooms are still old not maintained very well. Bed and covers are not fresh. Staff is very nice and helpful.

Pathetic. Local hotels are better than pc. Last night left the room at midnight. Poor condition of beds and bedding. Tried to sleep for more than 1 hour but could not. Management excused and requested for room change. Went to other room it was also of same condition. Wooden floors were in worst condition. Carpet was also looking rough.Only one thing was good that is their food. Excellent fish and chips.

Excellent stay and immaculate service by the House Keeping guys. Really obliged to them for taking such good care specially with SOPs in place. The location is outstanding right in the heart of the city (Rawalpindi) and all the buzz. Definitely recommend it. Would really love if it was a Genius member of Booking.com and had some deals with reduced rate since as it is, its not giving that value for money even if you love luxury.

Very disappointed,This hotel need upgrades for everything, bed broken shower broken lack of service like you have to call 30 times to get hot water for baby milk. Charges for 5 star and rooms are 2 star... very disappointed with Pearl Continental

I stayed in room 623-625, although initially I was disappointed by the customer service I requested to speak the manager to which a lady claimed to be the manager (this was incorrect) I insisted to speak to the actual manager and was then introduced to Sardar Naveed. I was pleasantly impressed with Mr Naveeds skills and level of Communication. First night was terrible and I didn’t sleep. I was offered a new room 526 which was much better. Although the room wasn’t cleaned or sheets was not perfect it was better than before.I was allowed a late checkout the next morning, unsure if this was due to bad experience the night before. But hey something is better than nothing. My room Service charges were extortionate so I suggest eating out. Don’t order cigarettes as they are charged double the price. Even ordering beans which were very low quality and very poor quality ice cream. Pizza was horrendous. Anyway each to there own.I would recommend Lahore PC eyes closed but would suggest you check the rooms before checking in.If it wasn’t for Mr Naveed and his excellent customer service I would never come back.

Very slow check in. Very slow food service. Room cleainess very good. Staff is a bit laid back and need to be more alert and trained. Much better experiences at PC Karachi, Lahore and even Peshawar with vast differences in staff efficiency and attitude.

The rooms were not up to the mark. We witnessed rusted bathroom accessories. The tile of the floor was not levelled. Same with the tables of the room. Breakfast was good. Staff was nice. But the overall experience was not satisfactory. This time I came with the family and seriously there was enough room for improvement.

From miscommunication to pathetic room conditions. It’s a shame PC is just a name now . The Rawalpindi PC is perhaps the worse hotel I have stayed in Pakistan.No airport pick up. First they denied me of my booking and then they call and tell me they forgot to send the driver.Washroom fixtures wee coming off and could have caused me injury. The air con system is noisy and ineffective . The only positive is the courtesy of lower staff.They have shown no intend or improvement during the last year.. 2 star at the max ... cheap guest houses are better.V sad and horrible experience.

Rooms arent as expected, mattress can hurt your back and room service is really poor.

We stopped here whilst on a Sikh Yatra with Etresa travel.The hotel is lovely and clean.The Marco Polo restaurant is where we eat and is a buffet style restaurant with a large selection of foods.The staff through out the hotel are amazing and very attentive.The only criticism I have is that the bathrooms in the rooms could do with being refurbished as they were dated and old. So did look the best.The Spa was also of a strange design and in dire need of refurbishment. As they didnt have proper changing rooms with lockers. As it was more of a room with half a dozen small safes and a hanging rail for all your clothes.The pool was not filled so cant comment on that but disappointed that it didnt work during our stay.There is parking outside with valet parking.Its a clean safe hotel to stay at overall so I would come back.They have a lot of armed security outside the building also. So felt safe whilst here.If you found this post helpful please like.
