Services very slow

Very slow dealing. Now ufone is their asset. It works in the interest of ptcl n ufone and not in favours of customers. Very sad.

Good smart shop but too much delay in services

I am Rtd bank manager many visit UK i like customer service provided by ptcl at saddar office Rawalpindi .

Not fast service..

They will not slove your problems immediately. Very slow and lazy staff

GREAT EXPERIENCE... STAFF WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HELPFUL...

Too many customers and only 7 officers out of which 2 were off duty. No regard for public/customers time. Took me 1 hr 40 mins to get heard. Staff working in slow motion.

Improved a lot. Before it was like typical government office. No look, no system, no administration. But now when i visit recently its totally changed and improved. Totally look changed, caring staff and treat you like processionally and with care. Many CSR there to help customers. It was really nice experince this time

I was there couple of days before. i waited almost 3 hours for solution. most of there stuff members dont even know about there own products and how to deal with problems. There is a girl i dont want to disclose her name. Aik larka hai wahan bus osi k sath batain krti rehti, cmon ap ko shadi ki zaroorat hai seriously. 1 star is for manager that man know how to deal with problem. and i think ptcl need more mans like that.
