Bilal hospital is working under safe hands. Doctors are highly sensible, trained and qualified. Prices are bit higher but services are great. Emergency is good, equipped and everyone in emergency is dealt with high care and respect. Dr Ghous who started this hospital was highly trained. He was a great doctor for local community. Right now hospital services are great as well.

No parking, congested area, business oriented and poor patient care. The other day i went there and the construction was under way and people were just waiting with dust being inhaled by all people. The administration is least bothered about the patients

Had to visit gynaecologist while on vacation in Pindi. Very good hospital. Dr. Uzma Ali is an excellent doctor. Helpful and provides complete information to patient. Very knowledageble. She spent a lot of time with me even though the issue was not complex. And even after I went back to Lahore she followed up to make sure treatment continued. I have referred her to all my friends in Pindi and Islamabad.

Its just like a government hospital. gynecologist are scissor specialist, have a very bad experience with Dr uzma Ali. She dont have manners to deal with patients. She have connections with other ultrasound clinics and has in habit to refer unnecessarily to these radiologists to get her commission.Now they have made very pleasant changes in the infrastructure of the building but staff is still very rude, arrogant, lazy and had a negative attitude.• A lack of care and compassion, not doing enough to ensure the patient was comfortable.• Staff not keeping patients well informed.• Inadequate response to requests made by patients and attendants. Also giving substandard medicines to admitted patients.

Considering the locality and patient majority the hospital is clean and well maintained! Very good doctors and amazing rates for very undeserving community! I have noticed people don’t even pay the minimal fees and yet complain for not getting services.

Best Hospital in Rawalpindi, with reasonable charges and maximum facilities to paneled and non paneled patients. Management is open to complains and do listen to the suggestions and opinions of every person. The Quality of their services has improved a lot over the past 3 years.

Pathetic facility! Criminal cases should be opened against them.My father was admitted there with a diabetic foot. They removed one finger of his foot and after two day, removed another. Everything was fine until he started developing severe reaction to the antibiotics he was being administered. He was so much in pain and vomiting like 15 times a day. The doctors did nothing. They just kept saying that we have to feed him something and make him drink plenty of water which of course was not possible because of the vomiting condition.The next day, he suffered a cardiac attack. The doctors were called in and I told them what happened. They said hes fine and has just lack of energy. They very night, his condition started to worsen. The staff on duty recorded his blood pressure as normal but the duty doctor felt things were out of control. His hands and forehead was cold as ice and he was sweating badly. His blood pressure was too low.We were advised to shift the patient immediately to better facility. Went to Shifa Hospital and they said there is little hope as the PH level of blood is just too acidic for survival. He died in 3 hours in Emergency.Untrained staff. Pathetic coordination among doctors and the quality of the treatment/patient management is just terrible.Please stay away of you care about your loved ones.

Reasonable facilities but WORST parking issue. There are number of good doctors available at the hospital. Staff behavior is not professional rather typical one. Normally hospital rooms remain occupied with patients. The main reason of this occupation is panel patients from Many departments.

The Overall experience of this hospital is great. They make you feel at home.Highly Recommended.

Non profesional and untrained staff. Incompetent doctors. Consultant doctors just visits once a day and also have a lot of problems with managment and staff and are totally unsatisfy with the system. No care for patient. In simple words, hospital is just money maker and playing with lifes of patients. During my stay of one and half month, all critical patients in ICU died one by one and not a single patient recovered including my father

Crowdy, dirty and not managed hispital. Fees are high. I found one person in front of 8 consultants managing the patients. Patients are checked without any sequence. Waiting time is more.

I believe every hospital of Pakistan is poor but this is worst with respect to treatment with patients, doctors behavior, quality of service & parking facility. My auntie was admitted to Bilal Hospital in ICU & there I noticed many severe problems, after every hour almost they asked us to bring dozens of expensive medicine & we were surprised where previous medicines gone. My auntie was in ICU but doctor was on leave due to Sunday, disgusting. Their behavior with patients relatives is also very regretting. Without money they will never entertain you doesnt matter your patient is in their hospital since many days. Horrible experience.

This hospital is a disgrace, even though some of the doctors are good. Personal Experience with hospital pharmacist. When i ask the ground floor pharmacy Guy to confirm Expiry date of HTN medicine and his reply. we dont sell expired Medicine Even if medicine is expired no one will be Dead by taking expired Medicine. After his Blunt ignorance, i raised this issue with hospital management, they said they will investigate, But you know how management generally works and their sherlock holmes investigation.

This is an ISO 9001: 2008 certified facility and the services are comparable to better hospitals in the area.

Even they do not know how to talk with patients. If you call them there are strange people who does not know the way to talk on phone. This hospital must be banned. I call them just few minutes before.

Sometimes you may face administrative issues due to overflow of patient but once you got admitted, you get due care and proper medication. Environment is satisfactorily hygienic.

This hospital is overpriced and without parking. Doctors behavioir is good. But sanitation was not ok. I saw Dirty bedsheets in OT. Doctors were walking with dirty shoes in OT which is against practice. The staff asked me to buy them gloves and blades from market even after i paid a hefty fee for a small 1 minute surgery. Not recommended
