I rate IDC with 4 ranking because IDC faulty services causes .IDC should make properly guided its location to its customers ,they just txt you your appointment time and date they did not mention in which branch you appointed

I have visited today and experience was awesome.1-At entrance they have mounted sanitizer gate which is excellent.2-Once you enter you need to get a ticket and sit in the waiting area, which is also good. They will call you on ur tickets no display clearly at the desk.3-Mounted hand sanitizer within lab which is auto n quite good. you just need to put ur hands and it will be sanitized.4- you can your reports on-line any of IDC lab nearest to you which is excellent, no need to visit same branch to get lab reports.Overall experience is quite good. I must say its better than citilab.

Test results are reliable and repeatable. Neat and tidy work place and waiting area. Reports are available in the prescribed time. But usually it takes long waiting times.
