Poor service..poor quality..made me a very poor quality progressive and now i had to get a new one made from a reputed shop.stay away

Be ware; fake products. Didnt return my genuine Oakley lenses; kept lying and made excuses.

I want to warn everyone about Dehli Optics & Co., located in Civic Center, Phase 4, Bahria Town. I got two glasses from them.I literally ended up in a serious mental condition because of their carelessness and misdemeanor.I ordered lenses for a new pair of spectacles. They installed wrong ones.. They made me run around in circles for few days before accepting their mistake (even though they tested my eye sight) and again installed lenses with wrong power. By now, I had developed a serious condition in my left eye and my headache was just not going. My life had become a living hell. I went to them again and after a long struggle and repeated visits, they agreed to change lenses again and ended up installing wrong powered lenses again which worsened my condition... I gave up and went to another shop which did their job first time right.Their terrible mistakes, misdemeanor and ethics caused me a severe condition in my eyes and I ended up in eye clinics one after another. They dont know their work and dont give a damn.. only concerned about selling. Save your loved ones by not going there.NOT RECOMMENDED!!

Third class quality glasses I wont ever buy lens from there stores
