My made have eye sight problem so I go with her.Al=shifa trust check her without any charges. And they will operate her eye without any fee. Which is almost 70k in private hospital.

It is a good place with high tech facility available for the eye patients. You have to wait in long queue for each and every step. Otherwise system is well organized and patients sometimes suffer a lot due to too much burden on hospital staff and doctors. Reach as early as possible if you want to get treated earlier.

I found this hospital to be good. The infrastructure is fine. However the staff here is quite rude, patients are taken for granted in every department..

The care in this hospital is of high quality, the caregivers and doctors are very professional and attentive, and are responsive. My father was cared for a few years ago during a heart attack, and he was very well cared for - maybe a little too well cared for because we only agreed to let him go when we were sure that he had recovered from his illness. But hey, its better care than not enough ... In addition, the hospital is brand new, very well maintained and well appointed.

One of the worst hospital i have ever seen in pakistan. We heard about it and thought it will be good but doctors are sooo rude. They behaved with my parents rude as i took my mother for eye treatment and we end up with notjing. One of the lady doctor who sits near reception was very bad?rude and didnt kmow how to talk.... i suggest everybody not to visit this hospital.... totally racist

Today I visit Al shifa for eyea checkup of my children, we are sitting in the waiting area for our turn but 11:30 they stop each and everything and said its a tea break, I wonder either its a hospital or Govt department. Either I dont understand patient is important or break is. Only I am not waiting many other peoples are waiting too. As per my opinion its a hope less Managment in this hospital.

It is the best eye hospital serving poor people of the area around Rawalpindi and Islamabad including Azad Kashmir. Even people from other parts of Pakistan are also visiting this institution. Although the procedure is little bit complicated but if one seeks guidance than the problem is solved quickly. All bless all the staff who are working day and night to serve needy people. Not a super place. In open words system here is so complicated that a new person can get lost here for simple work of 30 minutes. You can consume whole day for that 30 minutes piece of work.These lot deal people like goats Medical facilities might be good but rooms and conditions of toilets are miserable. You can see lizards and different species wandering around in room you may have paid Ra5000 per nightBass one sentence. May Allah keep everyone away from these places. And keep safe from problems.
