Always enjoyed travelling on murree Express way . In addition very good quality stop overs are newly constructed and opened now on main expressway with out the hustle of mall road as its usually completely jam packed so one cant enjoy the scenic beauty and atmosphere.

In winter and rainy day the express way is usually block for many hours. So keep it mind if youre visiting murree. BTW the scene from the express way is amazing.

Great place really enjoyed the weather! I dont like the way local people deal us! They are not good and they charge 10X for every product we need on daily basis, especially food items. I hope they can fix it to get more visitors in murree!

Murree (Punjabi, Urdu: مری‎, marī, meaning apex[2]) is a mountain resort town, located in the Galyat region of the Pir Panjal Range, within the Rawalpindi District of Punjab, Pakistan. It forms the outskirts of the Islamabad-Rawalpindi metropolitan area, and is about 30 km (19 mi) northeast of Islamabad. It has average altitude of 2,291 metres (7,516 ft).[3]Construction of the town was started in 1851 on the hill of Murree as a sanatorium for British troops. The permanent town of Murree was constructed in 1853 and the church was consecrated shortly thereafter. One main road was established, commonly referred to even in modern times, as the mall.
