Rising Sun Sports complex Rawalpindi HQ is a well managed great place for sports activities.There are a Squash Courts, One Football ground, Three Tennis Courts , Swimming Pool , a fully equipped gym and indoor badminton courts.A Ninja Marital Arts Club and a jogging track of around 600 meter is also a part of this sports complex. A tuck shop /coffee shop and seating area in a green grass is adding more beautify.

I used to be mostly here for football and now Im playing basketball too. Both the court and the field are satisfactory but there should be turf in the football field. The gym is also good but the timings are not enough for everyone. Overall the place is a perfect dating spot and also good for the elderly

Its a good place for outdoor games, especially jogging. Indoor gym, swimming pool facilities are available along with good instructors. Park and baby sitters are also here for mothers of young children. I my self am a mother of two and avail full benefits of these facilities.

Excellent sports facilities. A lush ground for football, a glass wall and wooden floor squash court, tennis, jogging track , indoor swimming pool and best of all a cafe to ruin your workout. Oh forgot the gym to burn in your cafeed calories.

Astro Turf ground is one just amazing jogging track here at this complex. Amidst there is a coffee shop should you feel the need to freshen up a little bit.

Its a large sports comex having 2 separate gyms for ladies and gents. Big covered swimming pool too, which h remains open year round. They r commencing ninja classes in the evening for an hour for kids.Covered Badmiton court, open squash courts, big playgrounds for football and volleyball. Cushioned walking/jogging track of 1000 steps too.

The cafe has got a nive subtle air of a comfy coffee with friends kind.. lol... but they nEed to make arrangements indoor for big gatherings... as right now they can only entertain a gathering of more than 6 ppl in their open air sitting area.. they do have heating facility outdoors too.. but it csnt beat the Islamabad winters and if difficult for kids... food is good... service is JUST FINE.. not impressive though...
