Amazing Stuff to witness at this branch. COVID has changed the world but not Alfalah or its staff maybe.Wanted to open a bank account and they want a STAMPED salary slip. My salary slip clearly states Computer generated and does not require a stamp but for this branch, No no no. Head offices first top most priority is to have a stamp on salary slip.Im sorry to say not helpful at all.

Although Bank Alfalah generally disappointed me in customer experience but this branch? What a pathetic experience!!!!!Highly careless and sarkari culture is observed. Nobody cares about customers. No social distancing, Got lined up for half an hour outside Then they suddenly took about 20 persons inside all at once.3 counters working but took about half hour again to deposit the check.Sad part is, the staff was deliberately lazy and careless... They could easily do faster as they did in last few minutes....... Worst experience !!!!!

When you are in a hurry to get cash and cant afford to find parking place, Bank Alfalah ATM on Peshawar Road is the best place. An ideal location to pick cash from ATM without hassle.
