Wondering experience with dubai bank

Poor Services, very polite when your process is in work (Vehicle loan etc) but once job done they never bother to reply, i have no latter of thanks & payment plan yet, after many times online complains & writing i got the account # & plan of payment & to chose this bank is one of the regretful decision of mine. there must be 5 star in negative reviews too.

Not satisfied with their services. Charge high interest, insurance & tracker device rates without giving multiple rates from insurance or tracker companies. Consumer Sales Office does not have good relationships with car dealerships in Islamabad or Rawalpindi to avail better premium (own money) rates for customer. Better try some other banks!!!

Very 3rd class bank. Not a good service and all workers are doughy. Lier and fraud. Its my advise to all plz do not get bank account in this bank. I have fixed 11 lakh but still they are deducting extra charges. They take money from peoples account and put into their pockets. So plz plz d lo not trust them.Thanks

Bekaar services .. Jhut bolty hn , ma ne personal loan k liye apply kiya 1month ho giya but koi response nhi, call kro tb meeting n jhut bolty hn bat b nhi krty .. Or next 2 days ka bol bol k 2 week guzr gaye

Most pathetic bank i ever visited. Their staff is non professional, liar, they cheat... they came office late. Office was open at 9 but the staff was not there at even 9:45 and still waiting... Never book car from them... they cheat on that too...and if you decide to buy be careful...

The most pathetic bank, I wonder is it really DIB. All their claims have proven wrong in this branch. It’s worst than other conventional bank.
