Irresponsible staff, most of the time their biometric scanner wont work. Took 30 mins to buy a charji device which should take 5 mins max. And the way they will give you receipt Print de diya hai ja kar printer se le lein.

The staff there could improve a bit. The support lady got annoyed after my fifth question. The guy at the payment desk tried to read my credit card numbers whilst swiping it, while I was looking at him! Otherwise, their actual products are top-notch.

The worse I had ever seen plz dont visit

I had to wait 11 days to get a response from them that they can not provide the service I requested.

Poor customer relations

My experience with this company is really bad as i was told that service will be given with in five days but now it is nearly a month they did did not bother to contact us and on top there is no phone number given by them any where so that one can contact these people the only option is to drive to there office no matter how long you have to drive in such traffic which you know

You can easily pay your PTCL, Broadband Bills of customize amount or minimum amount via machine

Very bad experience with PTCL , customer care is to bad ...All the bills are paid from our side in 2016 when everything goes on computer someone made a mistake from their side , they uploaded the system that I didnt pay a bill which is pending since 2012 ...Now I have to pay 2600 in order to upgrade 2mb to 4mb or 8mb really angry ....All other bills are paid on time as Im a regular customer since all these years ... whats the benefit Im getting ...
