Any body subscribing for watching sports please dont bother. For live coverage of matches they will ask for email; & decisions will be taken usually morning next to matches; when their excellency seniors will arrive. Alternatvely they will change the channel right in the middle of the match.

Pathetic customer service. They kept me on hold for a while and finally they asked me to leave my number for call back... Guys you should have become the ones you were till 2015

Worst customer service was experienced on contacting their helpline. They put me on hold for 15 minutes saying that the lines are busy and kept me telling my turn number and estimated time but when my turn came, the operator disconnected. On contacting again, same thing happened and when my turn came, no one attended even after waiting for 20 minutes. On somehow managing to contact an other department of them, i asked them to lodge a compliant. They said that they will look into the matter and inform me but that too proved to be false. Hated them!

Rarely had any problems throughout the year. Even so, they would be solved in a day at most. Great internet connection, lower ping that usual for gaming and works normally even during rain. Keep up the good work.

Would always give job advertisements in newspapers all the time , but never even call for any test or interview. An organization well dipped in favoritism , biased recruitment system and poor HR recruitment system !!!! Shame on this organization and on people who run it !!!!
