It still has centurys old environment. On asking for a tissue paper, the person sitting on the counter struggled a lot to pick one single piece of tissue paper that was damn not enough to wipe my moustache.

We have many a times specially traveled / visited the place for Kashmiri Tea.When you reach there, look out for an elderly person (chacha) and he would serve your order in your car. You may like to tip him too.They also have seating arrangements. If you are with family there are some sofas up the stairs for you.
