Extremely pathetic staff and bad food. If you are in the area dont visit this bakery. Their food is unhygienic and can barely be called bakery food. More importantly their staff is extremely slow and rude especially the owner who sits on the cash counter. One time I bought 150rs items and gave 500rs note and he told me to buy more items claiming that I was just there to get 500rs change, this is how pathetic they are. I live 1 minute away from here but never use this bakery nor do the locals. It survives from guests visiting this area and buying gifts, we throw out stuff we get from here its that bad.

Taste is good but staff behaviour is not good

Over the past many years this place has remained same instead of innovating they have gone down especially in terms of quality A few years ago when I used to come here there were tons of things available and the people working here were very nice and did not used to stay when you tried to find something that you love to buy now when you come here most of the time they stay at you they do not let you think what do you want to eat on the other hand the prices as always they have risen their prices too much for a middle last person to buy here theyre samosa and pakora and roll services also not good especially the potato samosa is simply the worst item in the whole bakery and no one should buy it because it is made out of very poor quality items and the taste is extremely bad given the price they are taking for it also no hygienic efforts has been taken by them they do not fear caps so sometimes the hair can be found in their item which is very ugly also they do not have digital payment system like E-ZPass and jazz Cash if they have added that would have been so much great experience for people who do not carry money with them also this place is not accessible for disabled persons because you cannot take a wheelchair up to their entrance which is I do not believe but they have done that they do not care about accessibility of disabled persons

I am one of the oldest customer of the bakery.Everything was great but now its standard has been changed from high to low i dont know that the owner has changed the workers or what but now i hate the Russian salat the ingredients have been changed from high to low in it , its tasteless now
