The worst experience of my life. Unfortunately, I got myself treated here for a displaced kidney stone. The procedure was performed by Gen Arshad and Dr Ruqiya and on call anesthetist . Utter disappointment in terms of professionalism and competency of doctors. Both urologist failed to find the displaced stone, they didnt bother to repeat scanning before the procedure and were so overconfident and casual that they took this blunder as a routine task. To further aggravate my pain and misery, the anesthetist played his role, post operative experience was a nightmare, OT attendants chatting and cracking jokes while I was gasping to breathe with tube still inserted in my throat. My limbs were numb, I could move my right toe only and with all energy left I tried to move it hoping they would look at it and see me or the monitors to note that I am choking. I had severe headache and vomiting after the anesthesia that took four days to settle. Urology department at this hospital needs serious attention, OT staff is extremely unprofessional, casual and OT is too crowded with unconcerned personnel roaming around freely. If you are cursed by someone God will take you this place, I think I was. I am not only writing here, but will try my best to create this awareness on different platforms,

Worst experience, no system at all, and they are just money making machine. You take your patient in emergency and they ask to pay 2 lac advance, not accepting online payments, and cards dont work for transactions above 1 lac.Ill suggest to avoid this scam.

Awesome cardiac procedure done by Dr. Sohail Aziz. However, The CCU had the worst nursing staff. They were mean, rude and so impatient.

In emergency I took my brother there after his accident. They were not treating his wound. All they were asking for slip and money. Rudest staff. Even worst than government hospitals. Doctors are unprofessional and inexperienced. They should check the degrees and credentials of doctors. Doctors dont even know how to treat a patient. Most pathetic experience. I will never go there again in my life.

For Angiography arrived 8:30 am today (25 August 2020) and still waiting for my turn although it was 9 am ,so rest of experience will share later on ,Indeed this place is very far from rest of Twin cities.

Staff , staff behaviour , service and cleanliness is very good here. But all doctors are not very good here. Some are very good some are very bad .

This is a state of the art health facility available to both Bahria Town residents and public.

Good neat and clean environment but fee is too high and very less staff and doctors.For 2 days emergency plus admission in general ward costed us around 40K... This is too much for average phase 8 residents...

Very unhygienic hospital. Very bad experience. In ICU no junior staff was available to change diapers of my patient. Patient stayed with mess for 3 to 4 hours. Ward washrooms are rarely clean. Just staff sprayed air freshener to show that washroom is clean. A pathetic experience. I have only negitive remarks for this hospital. I wish I would give minus stars. It is not deserving a single star.

Half staff trained half untrained. One of the nurses in gynae ward poked 4 holes in the patients thumd while trying to administer cannula. The thumb swelled to twice its size with pinching pains for 3 days.

Its an overall good secondary level hospital but also offering some tertiary level facilities in medical ICU, post surgery cardiac icu, NICU and Surgical ICU

The hospital is very neat and clean. There are good doctors but may not be applicable to all doctors and staff there, one shall enquire about skill and experience of doctor that is to be visited. The equipment and facilities are excellent. Rate list is available at the reception desk. As a whole the hospital could be described as competitive.

Location of this place at google map is 2.5km offset. It needs to be corrected immediately as in case of emergency that can be serious concern.

They r money making machines, i went to see eye specialist for my 1 year baby 1 month ago, so called eye specialist i think he was brigd. Doctor, anyways he didnt does any thorough examination, just looked with bear eyes and recommended eye drops, totally dissatisfied. Now i decided to go Amanat Eye hospital very very satisfied now.

Money makers. They treat patient as business opportunity. They try to put patients in their CCU and charge Rs 20,000/- per day just for patient stay. At the end they give you fake pharmacy bills. Doctors and Staff all become united in trying to hold your patient for long time so that they can make more money. They took 4 hours to make release documents of my patient. Senior doctor was hitting me and junior doctor was supporting him, when i asked him that i want to take my patient in another bigger hospital. Never ever take your patient in emergency at this hospital.

My wife had a severe back cramps since two days after treating from Safari Hospital and Shaafi international hospital she doesnt get well. So we decided to go to This hospital. The doctor was MF not experienced instead of seeing her previous medical records. Without any examination he gave her pain killers. I told him to see the medical records instead he argued with me that she doesnt have the described illness.After forcing him to see the urine Report then he admitted and apologized. And prescribed the same medicine that another Dr has been prescribed. Because he doesnt knew so he just did is copied the description of the previous doctor.He even doesnt knew how to treat with patients.Dont get deceived by the building.Treatment is pathetic.Nowadays this type of hospitals are just money making machines. They sell thier building to u not treatment.People be aware. Never go to this hospital.

I have been going to different doctors in the hospital & very satisfied, expect for dentist, they come across very inexperienced.Last week my husband suffered a heart attack & it was only because of timely intervention of Dr Hammdan , he was saved . I was also pleasantly surprised by low cost of treatment thou the cost of room was very high .

The only negative facts about this place is that it has above average rates but not too expensive and the other fact which is a major one, is that one time they injected my brother on the wrong spot which caused him swelling and irritation. State of the art hospital, but the staff is more worried about billing people rather than spending their energy in treating patients. They ask people to have unnecessary tests done from the hospital laboratory only to make money of them . Most of the doctors are young and inexperienced.

This hospital is very beautiful equipped with state of the art machinery but some doctors are not equipped with a soft, sincere and selfishless Hearts. Dr Ahmad Nasiruddin Zakariyya, Consultant International Cardiologist is one of them. He is leader of Butchers. He advised every patient for Angiography and Stunned without any tests or investigations and forced the patients and their attendants to arrange 4 to 5 lac Rupees within half an hour pleading the very serious and critical condition of the patients. In proof I have full file of my wife with the signature and stamp of Mr. Zakariyya. Whereas on the same day she was cleared ok after examination by Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology. There were no symptoms of heart attack. But according to Mr. Zakariyya she was undergoing a very serious heart attack and some tissues of heart already become dead. So she was in a very critical condition. He was not happily willing to refer her to Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology on my request. For half an hour stay in that hospital they charged Rs.3500 for ECG, Oxygen etc. RS.3700 for medicines. Moreover, he had advised to hire their Ambulance for taking my to Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology and further charged Rs.2600. The Ambulance journey was also worst.

No doubt clean ,but Doctors r not too good , they r well known in this area but actually I think they have fake degrees,.plz b smart always take 2nd and 3rd opinion when a serious surgery involve. Dentist in this hospital r not experienced my nephew got a tooth built up they couldnt do it well they damage the other tooth also and he has to removed both front teeth and got replaced .

One of the best and State of the Art Hospital of Bahria Town, Rawalpindi. Very neat, clean and beatifically planned. Equipped with all modern Scanning and Diagnostics Machine. Very peaceful and calm environment as compared to other Government and hospitals. Got treatment from skin specialist and ENT specialist from here. Very good highly qualified Doctors specially Dr. Chouan ENT Specialist are available in Morning time. But in evening and emergency, no specialist or experienced Male/Female Doctor is available. Only new comers and trainee Doctors are available who are incapable of handling serious patients. One of our friend have to go to this hospital at night due to respiratory/asthma problem (by driving on his own Motor cycle) but due to negligence and non-availability of specialist Doctor, he was not treated properly by trainee attendants and as a result he expired within two hours. He was the only support of his widow mother and his sister. Bahria Town/Hospital Management should ensure availability of some specialist Doctors at night in the emergency to save lives.
