No doubt about the credibility and customer service. I got my land cruicer topped up today at 1210 hours. Once I reached lahore and got my car again topped up, I was surprised to know that my cars fuel tank cover was not there. I was lucky that nothing happened but due to careless behaviour of one person put me in a scary situation. Now I am trying to call on given number but no one is picking up. My land cruicer fuel tank cover must be there on the 2nd last row, 2nd dispenser. Please send me back my fuel tank cover and contact me

Best one in rawalpindi rushy place oil and car oil change also available.i always fuel up at my local shell in saltaire for the past 2 years - all the staff are very nice and friendly however a particular one guy is always smiling and happy and is always lively!! a true credit to your profession moneeb. Keep up the hard work u do And carry on providing the excellent customer service you do!To summarise, if it works youll be lucky not to experience their shoddy customer service. However, if you do have issues get ready to collate proof otherwise they wont believe you! Then by some miracle escalate the complaint which is very difficult as they wont usually let you past the customer service advisor! Overall pretty rubbish for a well established name but clearly they havent got their customer service right.

Well they say its the best petrol station in Rawalpindi. Obviously the quality is there. I have checked many times by filling the full tank and then checking the average. Its exactly what is mentioned. But they take too much time. Also, bikers have to get off from the bike in order to fill the tank otherwise they are not going to fill it for you. All keep that in your mind while going to this station is that you gonna find a lot of rush here.
