I visited this clinic today and let me share my experience. First i booked the appointment and i was given No.22. When i called them around 7.30 pm i was told that i should come around 8 oclock as they have No.9 running. So i called them again around 8 and i was told it is still No.9. Anyways i went to clinic around 9 pm and it was still No.9. This appointment was for my father. He waited for 1 hour and his turn didnt come. There was horrible smell in the clinic and he vomited there. So instead of seeing Dr.Azma Bano, we end up seeing other doctors and spent more time. Every thing was a mess. The lady at the front was running the show. She would manipulate the numbers to let the patient in without being first in the queue. So i decided i will give my feedback to the Doctor. Guess what, Dr. Bano was the most unprofessional person i have ever seen. She didnt want to get any feedback and she was very rude. She told us she doesnt want to see us. So after spending 3 hours in the clinic and spending 5000 rupees, the doctor refused to see my ill father. I told the doctor that i will report her to ministry of health. But she didnt care about it. Please stay away from this clinic.

Very bad experience there. Never ever recommend to anyone.

Not good service. Just waste of money and time

Called them in morning for appointment. They told me appointment number, said come around 7pm and get the token. Still sitting in waiting area at 10pm and current patient number is 21 who is getting consulted
