This is the eye clinic I would recommend to everyone who wants to get their eyes checked by professional eye doctors. Just loved their costumer service . Doctor Mazhar listened to everything very carefully and examined my eyes very calmly. Comparatively cheaper than most of eye clinics in Islamabad. A very nice and calm environment. Very Happy with my eye treatment.

The eye clinic is cheaper than most others for LASIK and other eye surgeries but it is very badly organized and deceptive.Appointments do not matter and one still has to sit in a line in over crowded patient areas. If one does not come early enough, you may not get to see the doctor even in the noon.I went there for LASIK, the experience at the end was bad to say the least. First the doctor after an initial explanation of the operation does not explain anything later. The operation itself was very professional.He also tended to brush off my concerns and gave me a false indication of everything will be well in time. This happened before and consistently after the operation.Which in reality didnt give any reassurance. I followed up with post-op consultations for about 4 months and each of them was a 5 hour tour of his patient area with only about 5 minutes with the doctor with oh you are fine and all.Only when did I started to get other opinions did I find out that his staff was lying and how he was abetting the deceit as he hid his mistake. Even the tests were showing correct errors but they glossed over them just because I didnt know how to read the results.My eyes were under-corrected by -.75 and -.5, which was why I was feeling bad and stressed out every day. Though in his eyes I was still tip top. Says a lot about his character.In the west, doctors give free correction for such cases but obviously he was trying his best to not do that or even acknowledge his mistake, however embarrassing it might be.

They are commission agents. i was referred by an optical shop to one of the doctors for a treatment i never required. later on i found that they optical shop was given commission by the doctor for my referral. disgraceful

Experience was not good

President awarded Ret Major General Doctor Mazhar Ishaq is one of the best eye specialist in whole Pakistan. He is recipient of President award for performance in 2018 on account of his contribution.As a person he is a humble, down to earth doctor who from no angle looks like a senior Army General.Operation AVASTIN INJECTION is performed via a special machine here which is not available around any good clinics here.The machinery this clinic has is very unique and some tests they perform are only done in this clinic.Always a satisfyied patient whenever visited this place.
