My university fellow actually told me about this hispital. I was always in doubt that glasses can be removed with technology till the time my friend got it done. But still it took few months to convince my self to have consultation for Lasik. The moment i reached there at Rawalpindi centre the whole staff was very warm welcoming , Laser technologies were well briefied to me. I discussed my reservations for laser with Dr Aamir also. I have seen owner only replies on positive feedback. Plz respond on true negative feed back also.Attitude and response of staff is not encouraging. To take appointment they suffer you alot. They say we call you back but no one calls back. Called almost 4 x times. Always they ask patient history but response is pathetic. Need to improve customer dealing

Its the worst place if you want to get your eyesight checked. Just because of the boom, unfortunately, i went there twice. For the first time when i went there so i was not satisfied with the way two ladies checked the eyesight and i told them that i cant see clearly in the lenses that they used but they gave me the numbers and sent me to the Doctor (Dr. Nasir Shoukat at that time). He just fulfilled the formality and when i received my glasses, i couldnt see anything properly. Repeating the mistake, i went again. This time the lady checked very carefully but still couldnt suggest proper number for glasses. She sent me to the doctor (Dr. Sheharyar Ahmed this time), the worst doctor i have ever seen. He prescribed me 2 drops and said the usual statement that it seems your eyes are dry, keep using these drops. When i asked for how long so the reply was keep using it forever. Now, again when i got the glasses, everything was blur. If you are going just for eyesight checkup, this is the worst place. Instead, get your eyesight checked by some technician or a quack will even check better.

This is a most reknowned hospital for eyes at Islamabad and Rawalpindi.Most expensive but quite reliable one.Contacting on the phone line was not a good experience.

The aged who man doing vision test for glaucoma.he is touching female in very inappropriate way in very small congested room.hospital management should take serious action against him.he has no right to give instructions to patient by touching instead of saying.when i warned him he said me k app naa kraen test.... My mother has been treated at Amanat eye from last one year. There are lots of management issues at this hospital. First of all long waiting period for patients is very long. Appointment time given to patient always neglected.People come last seen first, no rules and procedure for patients priority and timing.No one in staff cares about patient waiting . I have personally waited with my mother for hours before any procedure or check up. Seems like appointments are always our booked for Doctors, causing patient to wait longer. Doctors for this hospitals are best but reception staff and management have attitude and customer management problem. Owners should consider hiring some good management staff. Also consider to only booked limited number of patients on daily basis so each doctor and staff can handle the burden.

Very much satisfied with their service. I did my lasik from there, by dr Farooq afzal. The place is clean, staff is polite and my anxiety level decreased the moment i reached there. Good environment. And Im glasses free

CT Lucia 601 PY Carl Zeiss German lens was implanted during cataract surgery in my mother right eye at cost of Rs. 65000/- with all disposable and additional cost of Rs. 5000/- for any medication in surgery. However; no proper vision obtained. My mother can see only cloudy large items from a maximum distance of 4 feet . The fee of Rs.1000/- was also charged during post operation visits.The bond of no guaranty was also got signed from attendant so that no claim can be filled after surgery.Feeling very hopeless.

Great service, good people. Very helpful and easy to talk to. The staff is eager to help and they are always attentive to your needs. Dr. M Mumtaz Chaudhry is great and super nice, He feels like someone you can easy talk to and get great care from. I highly recommend all stop by and check them out!

I visited the hospital after quite long time. Pleasent surprise to see their level of upgrade. i think under one roof there is no other place to have 12 to 13 eye consultants sitting in a private setup.

Doctors are good but staff has unnecessary attitude problem.Why would you let a person wait for a long time by first deducting the payment. Take the payment once checkup is done.I was a lover of this clinic but not now.

Its really good. Staff behaviours and system of the hospital is pefect. Main thing i need to mention is that they have real solutions for any of our eye proplems. Highly professionls. I was not expecting such a good system in Pakistan.

Just got checked up from Dr. Anjum Imdad, one of three prominent doctors in hospital, and Im really very disappointed.Even after paying full consultancy fee, he even couldnt get the accurate eyesight number, leave the other eye issues behind. The way in which he was quickly treating us was like were in public hospital and we came here for free checkup. My mother was also with me. And he didnt even checked her eyes in any way before giving her an estimated guess of her eyesight number. WTH? Really disappointing. I thought it was a better option than Shifa eye hospital.

Surgery goes well by dr amir asrar....but the administration cost too much by saying for preventive medicine...i m my self dr n know better about all these things...and the post op follow up visits were free...they even charge my father for that visits...such a bankrupt staff especially mr babar sena...

My father was operated for cataract by dr. aamir asrar. he has done it very well through latest technique called femto cataract the real laser surgery not like other hospitals who called their procedure laser but actually its ultrasound. I will highly recommend to choose only real laser cataract surgery for your loved ones as i did.

I visit to this hospital. I take appointment of doctor anjum. But i m not satisfied.

My mothers cataract operation by world renowned Dr Amir was a disaster ...my mothers operated eye shrinked after 2 weeks and the process of shrinking is still going on. I contacted him after long and long waits and he said :we cannotdo anything about this i consulted other doctors and they said that muscles of eye r damaged..during operation...now after paying so much i dont know what to do...they r not accepting thier mistake either...
