Dr Malik is such a nice human being who treats his patient with keen interest.He is basically a well mannered doctor when he asks questions about your personal life. I wasnt sure what to expect from therapy but my sessions with Clinical Psychologist Sadaf has been invaluable. She made me feel completely at ease discussing anything and let my guards down and show her my absolute raw emotions which i was unable to cater. She provided an excellent service particularly through using CBT and it made a huge difference to my mental health. She was very honest, understanding and open in her approach along with being emphatic and made me show a new perspective of everything which I was unable to see. We touched the bottom of problem and saw all the patterns and she helped me in dealing with them which I can now deal on my own. My ability to cope with life in general is so much better and Im able to regulate my emotions more clearer now and in a very healthy way. I have a very positive control over heated situations. Sessions were mostly based on my own thoughts and behaviors which encouraged me to take control of my emotions and life. Id recommend the service to anyone looking for it and I wont hesitate in going back to her whenever Ill need in future.

My experience at curelink hospital was extraordinarily amazing and I found psychiatrists were full of knowledge and wisdom. I talked to few people in the clinic whilst waiting and was surprised to know that most of them said they came from far flung areas and were very happy with overall treatment provided by clinical staff. I want to share my experience with Cure Link Hospital especially three home visits by Dr. Abid Malik who provided valuable input and professional advice to my 86 year old grandmother. She had two falls and fracture of both hip joints, she ended up in a bed for months.Due to her physical health and age related brain changes, she was becoming very agitated, restless at night with screaming. Dr. Abid Malik educated me and my mother, how to provide nursing care, stopped all unnecessary medication and alhumdulillah after 18 months, she has very few problems.
