The staff is very rudeThe dont care even if a person is dying my mother died at there hospital they diagnosed her with corona which there was no evidence given no reports no papers nothing my mother was always at home so there is no way she could have had corona my other family members were tested privately at a corona test centre there reports all came negative We really regret taking our mother to this hospital I advise all brothers and sisters do not send any of your family members to this hospital they will be treated very badly you won’t see them again.

This hospital has the worst doctors and staff. They are very rude and their behaviour is like they are doing some favour to us by checking the patients. Extremely bad experience. Please do not take your loved ones here if you want their safety. Just dont bring them to holy family. And its governments duty as well to have a check on hospitals if they are fulfilling their duties and what kind of staff they have if they dont give emergency to the concerned people at the time. So pathetic and disgusting.

A lot of people, somtimes there is disorganization of who needs to go where. We had to see a orthopedic doctor but there was lack of line que and people who were organizing the lines infront of room 200 were not efficient. People who had knee problems were left standing for an hour before a doctor could see them. The hospital needs more proactivity and people who are efficient at doing their work.The xray guy charges you 600 even though it is 400. My uncle went and spoke to the xray person and then he returned 200 back. Please be honest with payments. Disappointing.

Its a Govt Hospital which was build in 1946, This Govt is operated by Govt of Punjab, this is located near Commercial Market, the famous Area. Its Over crowded hospital alot of people from different area Pakistan visit it for their treatment, stuff of this hospital should be trained properly.

Bad experience, My daughter was not in serious conditon but she was hospitalized in NICU Deparment for couple of days. Many times I have asked what happened to my daughter they didnt gave me any proper answer. I have tell the doctors and nurse that this is my daughters report tell me the situation, but no answer. Cacrochez are every where. Whole hospital is not good in terms of cleaning.

Its a very dirty and unhygenic place. Please dont go there if you can afford to go some other hospital.I came back to Pakistan for business purpose also curious to see the so called new and improved Pakistan , I had a minor leg surgery here and got an infection, now I am returning back to London to get my leg fixed, the surgeons here are nonsense or at least the ones who opreated on me are, anyways this hospital is not ideal for surgeries, there surgeons are careless, my family doctor back in London is 85% sure that they opreated on me without sterilizing there opreating instruments. The surgeons here are only intrested in making money, hey dont care about their patients. May Allah have Mercy on the residence of Rawalpindi or who ever goes to this hospital hoping to get cured.Not to cause any misunderstanding I am only complaining about Holy Familys Surgery department and also the condition of bathrooms here are totally miserable.One of my relative had a baby here according to her her and few other people i have talked to, all have the same review about the gynae ward, that it is also one of the worst department and its not at all how it should be in an Islamic country.

Scarcity of facilities including beds, accommodation emergency, staff, management, doctors/nurses, dustbins, medical equipment, fans, etc. Sellers are selling unhygienic tea, biscuits, coconut, etc within premises of hospital. Even beggars in pathetic condition are begging in hospital. No quality guards or security system. Full of corruption. Bad quality building that need urgent renovation, patients lying everywhere, no proper accommodation or sitting place for visitors, not proper guide/reception/customer support. Dirt and flies everywhere

Founded way back in 1837 by Agnes Mc-Laren who was born in Edinburgh. It was by her dedication that St. Catherine hospital was opened in 1909, behind the Presentation Convent, at Rawalpindi. The hospital is really the Emergency ward and the main entrance has been renovated recently. The parking of the hospital is spacious and its very rare you will find no space for parking. The Hospital has two cafes and a historic church which is really beautiful. Prime Minister Imran Khans project Panah Gah is also situated within the hospital. Rawalpindi Medical Universitys new teaching block is also located within the premises.

I went in this hospital after visit Quaid azam international they took 2500 PKr for nothing. Even doctor who assigned for my doughter was not there.adimet in hospital in emergency 2:30am and discharge form hospital 11:30Am with even doctor check up only nurses are feeding my baby which not good for her health.Holly family hospital have some issues as well but most important for me they keep my baby until she came out from worst condition

Holy family hospital was established in 1948 and has been affiliated with Rawalpindi Medical College since 1977. It is an 850 bedded hospital situated in Satellite Town. It has departments of Medicine, Surgery, Eye, ENT, Pediatrics, Gynecology & obstetrics. An excellent library exists for reference purposes. This includes the new block with state of art radiology facility. The clinical teaching has now moved completely to these premises.

Went to hospital for check up.. there were two lines Ladies & Gents and one person was doing the basic Entry like Name etc.. because of that there was a huge line and like 10 times there employe break the line to make a quick entry fir there reference..After that there was another guy who was also doing Manual entry on register.. he took ages aswell and the Reference Parchiya got priorities..After that the doctor didnt check my BP or Temperature and verbally ask whats going on and gave me the Medicines.These things need to be Fixed.

Good hospital for patients but a hell for doctors especially female doctors. Teaching male doctors harass and manipulate the trainees. My cousin sister was doing fcps training and was forced to do 24 hour shift three times a week while male doctors were released for partying!!!

Hi I have a question , my mum need to dylasis in holyfamily , it was urgent , my mum was in ward , other doctor try to contact dylasis department . But no answer , I went myself in dylasis department . My doctor sehrish was sleeping ? and 2 other nurses as well . Dr sehrish said I was sleeping she accept it . Govt doctor taking pay for sleeping ?? Is this new pakistan . I come from UK for hope for better pakistan but some people will not help to make it .

Very pathetic hospital. Unhygeinic and rushy place. Neonatal ICU is a factory of Hepatitis A for all infants where 3 children are kept in one box where they contract more fatal diseases than their real disease for which they were admitted. Never keep ur new born in their nursery if you love your baby.

The doctors of Gynecology department are so harsh and humiliating with the patients. They have no ethics for how to treat a patient. They treat the patients as they are even something less than the animals.

Totally illiterate doctors, they even dont have adecates how to speak with patients they theat them as animals, especially the staff at medical unit 1, nurses and doctors both are unmanned and blunt.

I was born on 02 December 1965 in Holy Family Hospital, Rawalpindi. This hospital is raised by the Britisher before 1947, when Pakistan came into being. This is a properly maintained hospital still in had an excellent service.

I was born in this hospital, 54 yrs ago. I lived with my mum, dad and brothers for 5 to 6 yrs. My mother, now in her 80s, has fond memories of the care she was given. I was the 4 born alive child. My mother endured a stillborn boy, my brother.My mother is the salt of my life. Thank you for keeping her safe when in your care.

Big enough to facilitate medical needs for the residents of Rawalpindi and all its peripherals, available with all types of medical facilities. Specialized in Gynaecology, Hepatic, General Surgery, ENT, Ophthalmology, Pediatric, Dental Surgery and many more specialities. Rawalpindi Medical University and Nursing College also located in the same vicinity. Most of the lab investigations available.
