I visited Brig Dr. Ashraf. Very rude and neglihent doc. Gave hardly 2 minutes. Didnt answer anh questions we had. Was in a hurry to get the next patient in. Money wasted. Avoid him.

The best private hospital with an excellent location right in the heart of the city. It is easily approachable with clean indoors and up to the mark in patient rooms. Plenty of specialities are catered to. Good administration, madam Farah is the most humble and down to earth administrator that Ive come across, she personally looks into all the issues faced by the patients and the staff. Highly impressed!

Killer (Dr taj Naeem)my mom had just uterus operation from dr taj naeem well he has successfully removed due to tumor but after a week my mom got heavy pain we go there every friday for checkup he just put hands on the stomach and give us a syrup and tell that it is just air which will be recover but my mother cant eat anything after a month we go to the cmh they immediately ask my mom to do xray which they tell us that another tunor has been creating problem and she got operated in cmh now she can eat anything and insha Allah after a week she has chemotherapy just pray for my mom and plz save your loving ones from him

Al-Ihsan Hospital,is one of the best hospital.Infrastructure is so fine,and all staff is so competent,caring,responsive and cooperative at everylevel.Lot of respect for this institute.

The worst hospital i ever joined as a consultant of surgery. It is owned by Mrs Farah. She is not a doctor and she neglects basic necessities of basic healthcare department.The private patients often get neglected.More importance is paid towards panel patients.There are cats roaming everywhere which can cause serious healthcare issues such as cat scratch disease. Health care commission should have strict check on such hospitals and have non disclosure comments from the doctors working there. As they know exactly whats going on .

It’s just another Money ripping hospital. Rubbish facilities, rooms are tacky, you can’t even find a remote to switch on a so called Air conditioning. Staff is clue less and careless about the patient. Overall don’t waste your money and time.Take your patient some where they get proper look after.

I think its just OK. Location is good, has its own parking. Some visiting Doctors are very experienced.

Hospital have plenty of issues, mainly as under;1.. Being a life saving institute, hygiene conditions are below the standards.. from washrooms till Labour room, every corner need immediate attention from the authority who are charging their customers/patients huge amounts.2. Non serious staff, who cares of their owner parking place in front of entrance rather then to share their sympathy with the patients specifically in critical condition..3. No lifts to move between floors you being a parient must be courageous to see doc.4. Over all staff behavior is up to mark but mobile phone must be ban in hospitals which helps Nursing to pay full intention to their patients...5. Admins must share the billing break down of hospital charges before being as asked.. i have been instructed to come in morning after 1100hrs if u force hospital to present my payments bill.. SHAME...6. Canteen food has been delivered in shopping bags please bring ur cutlery if u wish to admit urself in this hospital..CC.. to #PFA punjab food authority...7.. Hospital location is good and approachable.Please take the points, it helps to improve operational structure of the institute..THANK YOU

Rooms and washrooms OMG soooo dirty. I had to go there as i was Brig Nadras patient. She is too good and very experience. Except doctor , overall I had worse experience. Nobody should go there.

Friend had a bike accident on Murree Road so we went there with him around 10 pm on a Sunday. The place had more jamedars than healthcare staff and still the room we were allotted was in ridiculous shape. Dirty blankets, dirty 3x3 ft attached washroom, the secondary bed was a wooden phatta. Nurses were good but no proper doctor was on call. Doctors arrived from 10 am the next day. Would not recommend.
