The staff is lazy and unhelpful. They try to turn you away using a number of reasons. Just stay strong and persevere as there is no other alternative.

This office has been moved from mall road to CSD Lalkuti.

There is nothing executive about this executive office, they just take the executive fee, which is 5 to 6 time higher than usual. Inside the small building, the cooling system was on leave, had to wait for 1 hour for the turn, the system was malfunctioning every second, they didnt bother to inform that I could get the card delivered to my home address by mail (they charge extra for this service too). Overall very pathetic experience.

The most ever pathetic center. They have family tree upto 2 Generations, still they require attestation in addition to fathers biometric verification or both father & mother should give their biometric screening.This means they dont even rely on their own record, which they have kept for 2 generations.I enquired from people visiting other NRCs they wont even ask for attestation in addition to biometric.Even more disappointing is that its EXECUTIVE CENTER.I would give it NO STAR if there would have been an option.

Very cooperative staff and quick response

Surprised to see excellent behavior here. Very humble, cooperative, patient & fast staff. Seating arrangements are excellent. But one thing important to note is that they only do urgent processes. So, plan accordingly because its fee is more than Normal process. Rest is superb. Urgent will take 7 days process time.

.Its definitely Executive. I was provided wheelchair assistance due to my condition.Staff was friendly and helpful. From waiting to register and leave, it took total 30-35 minutes. Of course, parking issue remains.SMS updates were sent and card was available within 96 hours.Good job !

Best Office when you’re in Hurry and you don’t have Time to wait in long Queues.But There are Some Issues that There is no space for parking.As this is Executive Office So you have to pay High Fee.Minimum fee is 2500.Sincere Advice If you have time and you aren’t in hurry then don’t prefer this place because it’s expensive.you can visit Rehman Abad Branch.Overall Good Experience Friendly Staff.

Do they have e sahulat service?

If not the most then definitely one of the most arrogant and unfriendly experience with NADRA. In the last couple of weeks visited at least thrice at different locations. But this was the worst with a very large margin. It was specially embarrassing because I always encourage my children to follow law and discipline. The staff made sure I look small because I was trying hard remaining civilized.The data operator was good and courteous (hence the 2 stars against none).Overall needs a lot of improvement. Nothing Executive about it. I saw people grossly misguided (just to get rid of them and I was feeling bad for them) .

Highly unprofessional clerks. It might take more than a month for you to get your card. 1600 rupees are charged for only one benefit that is less people will apply, hence less rush.If you are forced to visit here, take snapshot of form and maintain record of your visit. Video recording is also good.

Professional staff, well mannered and efficient

I went early morning at 9am...so i didnt face any sort of issue like long ques...hardly its took 1 to 2 minuts for my turn... experience good behavior of NADRA staff....well ventilated environment

Its small NADRAs office but also expensive than both other one in the kalma Chowk and the other in the rehamanabad. So if you are not in hurry I will prefer the one in the rehamanabad as it is main branch and more staff is there for your help.

No parking space very rushy area and unfriendly staff

I must say Im impressed, very good experience, hardly any lines or wait, fast working, professional, polite staff. Everything apart from the form attestation can be processed on site... thumbs up!

Before there were heavy que nowadays nadra system very good everything is on line. Great step.

Not a very pleasant experience. The lower staff has typical approach of getting rid of customers over petty excuses. It was the second time I had to see the manager to get the job done. Make sure you take all necessary documents and more in order to avoid a second trip.

A good ace for registration

They charge premium price but close early. They are supposed to remain open till 8:00 PM but you wont find anyone out there after 5:00. Small place with lot of rush.
