No correct direction sign and its hard and very difficult to allocate the customer service center shop. And staff have not proper knowledge.

No warranty claim even after acceptance that its a common cause. They rejected based on nitpicking and while I dont blame them I blame their policy or rather the policy of Advanced Telecom. Such a disappoinment to see a well known dealer pulling this kind of tricks.

Bussy point, good service, good staff, managed, parking issues around, try to visit in day time, recommend, wheelchair not accessible, u can get food around from hawkers.Not recommended for women and kids.

Poor response. if you have 2 years old set and having some problem they will not solve it. They say better buy a new set. Samsung is best dont go for these cheap mobile brands.

Very bad response, they dont have backup when theres no light, and no updates for old model, i think you should avoid , better go to blue area im not satisfied 0 out of 10

Worst after sales sevice among all brands even Q mobiles is far better. I have submitted my mobile for warranty claim on April 10, 2017 & till today May 15, 2017 i havnt got it done. Further more the worst part is the staff customer care.
