They are totally fraud and unprofessional. Everytime they ask you for inspection that costs 9000 pkr otherwise they wont change engine oil or any other service. As soon as you deny them, they say chalein sir aap 8000 de dein. They dont even have fix rates. Totally dissapointed.

Very courteous and professional staff, they support you wherever they can and their customer dealing is amazing, specially the supervisor Mr Jalal.Also their fault diagnoser is a very capable person, humble and down to earth person... he explained me the diagnoses in very good manner.

It was my first visit to the Honda Swan branch. I always went to the Honda centre. I had a wonderful experience. Their manager Mr Jalal was of great help and gave good advice. This place is a great option for people in Bahria / dha region as it saves up the time and traffic to other Honda dealer workshops and provide equally good quality service as others.

Very professional and cooperative staff, they take care of your car like their own, their floor manager Mr. Jalal and In charge mecanic Mr. Dildaar are worth mentioning. In short, highly recommend based on many personal experiences with them.

Pathetic experience, I sent my Honda City for a engine check light issue. They charged Rs 2000 for just connecting detecting device to my car and told me there is a sensor issue, surprisingly they made invoice which titles complete mechanical check up. I went to Nazeer Autos G 8 Islamabad after 3 days and they connected the same device found the same issue and charged me not a single penny. Reg number MR 184.

Small but comfortable Waiting Room, however, the Insect Killer electric system there was ineffective which needs replacement... Overall Swan Honda is a reliable & satisfying facility.....

My Civic had a manufacturing fault with its steering. The guys at Honda Sawan are real professionals. The whole steering assembly got replaced, free of cost, under Hondas warranty.A big cheers to Mr. Jalal, who heads the operations at the facility!

I was a Honda Avenue customer until i met Jalal Hussain and alsoAhsan at Swan Honda. The gentlemen are real professionals. They know how to delight the customer. Jalal arraigned Steering assembly replacement was (under warranty) I think in record time. Also Jalal unlike other floor inchares would not always defend the employer un-necessarily . He is always very logical and can convince his customers for service which you have not planned for . He is an asset for Honda
