Simply pathetic customer service. they take the award of worst service providers.

Not reliable company, we are using there services after each 3 days disconnect for unlimited days, when we call, no one receiving call. I will never recommend it.

Pathetic Customer Service. Avoid using their service. PTCL is way better then them. If i am saying ptcl is better then you can imagine how bad these guys must be.

I request people not to install their connection because their helpline number 021 111 456 123 will be unavailable if you call them to register complaint. If you can not trust me just dial it and check yourself. My complaint is registered and its been 2 days and no one is replying or even attending call. I have recordings where their local technician is giving timelines and in the end he said It will take time and if you want to disconnect go for it because we can not do anything. If you need evidence just inbox me for details.

Worst internet in pakistan. 0 service. 0 customer support. It usually takes 20minutes to get in contact with their thaki huwi customer support team. They say that complaint will be fixed within 24hours but that is a big lie. They dont fix complain in 2-3 days.Internet services will always be down on weekends. Whenever it rains even for 1 hour in Rawalpindi, you can expect the internet to be gone for a few days.

Unfortunately i had a yearly package which was mine biggest mistake ever. Dont ever use fiberlinkBecause1. Heedless service (both karachi and city office)2. Very very unstable (fiberlink isnt for online games) high ping as hell (pubg 220ms when its good)3. Most of the time shows red light ( 20 out of 30 days) .4. Fiberlink is a Fraud nothing else

Extremely pathetic service in all the ways possible. Internet is down for the last 4 weeks now and we are sick and tired of calling and hearing to their false promises of recovery by that day itself and thats everyday. I have lost count on the number of calls I have made to them but to no avail. I will most probably change to any other ISP very soon. The height of unreliability and deceit is just too much here.

Really bad communication by their workers. They promised me to install all things in one day. We kept waiting snd calling them. 1. No body came to finish tge work 2. Nibody called me and even they didnt attend my single call the whole day. Even kept on disconnecting my calls. Really pathetic experience.

This is the second year I am using Fiberlinks internet service, and probably the last year (Karachi, P.E.C.H.S, Block-2). Internet service is good but whenever you link gets down, especially on account of cable breakage (which is hardly a minutes task for their team), they take 4-5 days to send their team. Very very poor customer support team. No one responds on helpline. Ticket number remains unresolved for many many days. Their internet service is good but I will not continue fiberlink anymore due to their very very Poor and Pathetic customer support service.

Worst internet service provider in Pakistan. I would recommend people use a dial up connection instead as that is a lot more reliable than these guys. Don’t waste your money on Fiberlink.

Please dont opt for their services. They take yearly payment and for months you dont get any internet. They have the worse service where they dont pick up their helpline number.
