I have been with this organisation since day one, I switched company then came back , I was one of the 2 persons that started this company. This is my second home coming. Its my 6th year. Have known quite some organisations but if you want an honest opinion not known one like this one . Let me talk about the covid tenure. Companies were firing people and my CEO was giving people ramzan and eid bonuses. He was giving pay raises to employees. Shocking right, this was happening when company was earning less revenue. Another thing is the salary of csr agent was low and bonuses was kidding for csr or like a incomplete able dream. I wrote a lot to management but they never respect their employees, they just need money, they are selfish guys. So i just say if want to be professional you should go for any other place instead of here.
